Study On Public Health Emergency Response In H District Of Weifang City

China is going through an unprecedented social transformation in a complicated and changeable environment at home and abroad.The COVID-19 has swept the globe and resulted in a huge life and health threat and economic social loss to the whole world.The response from the department who is responsible for the public health emergency has a direct influence on the public life and health and social stability.The paper is committed to analyzing the problems of the administrative department of H district,Weifang in the response to the COVID-19 and put forward some countermeasures to improve the ability of H district,Weifang in responding the public health emergencies.The paper researched how the local administrative department responded the public health emergency by literature study and field investigation,based on the theory of public crisis management and public health management and combining with the situation of epidemic prevention and control,and found out some problems in the process of H district,Weifang dealing with those events,such as the emergency plan out of line with the reality,lack of conventional and emergency medical and health resources,weak professionals power and information management ability.Moreover,the paper analyzed the deep reasons why these problems existed,such as low awareness of management departments,insufficient medical and health services,unreasonable allocation of professionals and laggard information management system.By field investigation,based on the advanced theory at home and abroad of public crisis management and public health management and combining with the practical experience and shortage of preventing and controlling the COVID-19,the paper raised targeted suggestion and countermeasures for perfecting the H district,Weifang responding the public health emergencies,building tight links for grass roots emergency system and ensuring the public life and health in a high efficiency.In the stage of preventing and controlling the COVID-19,the research had a high reference value for grass-roots administrative departments on dealing with public health emergencies.
