Propose the improvement of public health emergency management, and analyzing the emergency management of Sanlu milk incident.China put forward a sound proposal sudden public health emergency management, The suggestions that we should highlighted the importance of people in the role of public health emergencies, establish complete management system of public health emergency and a perfect management system of catastrophe risk in public health emergencies, strengthening the public health emergency simulation exercise, to promote most of the health sector reform, give full play to the role of non-governmental organizations and to improve public health emergencies in rural areas.
