Xuan Coagulation Water Treatment Around The Shoulder Joint Inflammation (wind And Dampness Type) Of Clinical Efficacy Research

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of XuanNing decoction on Scapulohumeral periarthritis belonging to wind-cold-damp retention type.Methods:90patients were divided into three groups randomly.30in the treatment group (XuanNing decoction+Intermediate frequency electro-therapy+_Dirigation);30in the control group(Shen jin pian+Intermediate frequency electro-therapy+_Dirigation);30in the basic group(Shen jin pian+Intermediate frequency electro-therapy+Dirigation); The three groups were observed in improving the transformation situation of the clinical symptoms and signs.Result:1. After treatment, the patients’points in symptoms and signs of three groups are significant increase. The treatment in three groups all had the significant meaning (P<0.05).2. The effectiveness of treatment group in pain, abduction, external rotation, internal rotation, daily life and the hand position are better than the control group’s and the basis group. The effectiveness of treatment group in flexion and muscle strength better than the basis group only.3. The total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%, the control group’s was93.33%, and the basis group’s was93.33%,and the effective rate had the significant meaning (P<0.05). Compared in three groups, the treatment group’s better than the control group’s and the basis group’s. The control group’s better than the basis group’s. Conclusion:1. XuanNing decoction can improve symptoms and signs of the patients of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis belonging to wind-cold-damp retention type significantly.2. The treatment group’s clinical effectiveness to Scapulohumeral Periarthritis are better than the control group’s and the basis group’s obviously.3. XuanNing decoction has use value in clinical practice considering to its minimal side effects.
