Professor Chen Jinchun Diagnosis And Treatment Experience Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

This thesis is under the guidance of Professor Chen Jinchun,which making the systematic summary of his academic thought and the experience about the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the pathogenesis, treatment, classifications of syndrome and the therapy of rheumatoid arthritis are discussed. The first part of the paper is a literature review, which based on a lot of reading in CNKI. The progress of the understanding, the diagnosis, the treatment and the research about rheumatoid arthritis of the western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine are summed up. Among them, the progress of the understanding and research about rheumatoid arthritis of Chinese medicine, which making systematic review of ancient and modern literature of traditional Chinese medicine on rheumatoid arthritis in the understanding, treatment and nursing. On the basis of the points and writings of view, the ancient Chinese scholars maked treatment of the disease and provided the valuable experience for the doctors later through the practice and quest of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, and the differentiation of syndrome. The past and modern traditional Chinese medicine doctors further deepen the understanding of this disease, through accumulation and clinically experimental studies, so that the understanding and the treatment of this disease have further development on the basis of previous theories. Finally, some problems in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis about traditional Chinese medicine at present are pointed, and its future development of the ideas and directions are discussed. While the progress of the understanding,diagnosis and treatment about rheumatoid arthritis of western medicine, which briefly introduces the conception, the etiology, the pathogenesis, the pathology, the clinical manifestation, the diagnosis and the treatment of the disease in western medicine. And the existing problems and the prospects for the future are discussed at the end. The second part of the paper is the summary of Professor Chen’s experience about the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. It discusses the extensive experience of Professor Chen respectively from the academic thought, viewpoints of the etiology and pathogenesis, treatment, the usage of clinical medicine and clinical medical record, that reflected the insights and characteristics about the diagnosis and treatment on rheumatoid arthritis of Professor Chen,which has great significance. At the part of Academic thought, including "clear discrimination of the symptom"," Fuzheng Guben carryying out through","prevention of yin injured but can not be too much"," pay attention to life adjustment"," full attention to the concept of ’Zhi Wei Bing’","the treatment of the unity of inside and outside, the conditioning the unity of physical and mental " and" dare to innovate " seven respects, which reflected on the characteristic thought on diagnosis and treatment of Professor Chen.At the part of etiology and pathogenesis, points out that "weakness, wet, phlegm, blood stasis" are the common reasons of long arthralgia, analysis of its causes and provide valuable and reliable ideas based on accurate diagnosis and treatment.At the aspect of diagnosis, separately according to the types, the period s, the syndromes and the parts of body about the disease, makes the diagnosis.They help to think over the things completely and make the treatment more comprehensive and targeted so as to further improve the efficacy. And the seven common types of disease syndromes are put forward, and their clinical characteristics, appropriate treatment are also discussed.At the part of the experience of using herbal medicine, mainly introduces the common addition and subtraction of medication and the herbal medicine in common usage according to the characteristic of the disease and the herbal medicine by Professor Chen. It reflects the general idea about the valuable experience of herbal medicine usage by Professor Chen, which is full of clinical significance.And then four typical medical records are taken for example,by making some brief analysis. At the end, it makes the summary on the advantages, current situation and development trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, as well as the impressions about the experience of postgraduate clinical practice.
