It has researched on the prospective controlled clinical studyon rheumatoid arthritis based on the empirical formula diaphoresis dehumidificationmethod. 113patients with positive diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital havebeen chosen to be observed strictly according to the RA criteria of ACR/EULAR2009.They are treated with conventional Chinese medicine dialectical method.57cases in thetreatment group were added with diaphoresis dehumidification method (ephedra, cassiatwig, peony, licorice, kudzu root, liquorice), conventional decoction to200ml, treatedwith3months. And the efficacy evaluation is that15cases are excellent and38casesare effective in treatment group, and the efficiency comparison with control group isX2=4.05, P<0.05. It is concluded that it is of statistical significance in the index ofDAS28score, relief time in joint pain, ESR and CRP changes after treatment andcompared with the control group (P<0.05).
