Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the rehabilitation of distal radius fracture after wrist function and analyze the factors related to clinical efficacy. Methods:Prospective observational wrist functional rehabilitation of patients met the inclusion criteria,30cases of distal radius fractures, age18to65years, guiding its hot, topical medications and rehabilitation exercises, enrollment and1week,2weeks4weeks,8weeks were the VAS pain score, range of motion, grip strength, swelling measurements, and the Mayo wrist score.Results:30patients treated, treatment with the VAS pain score before treatment (P<0.01), statistically significant; wrist activity within8weeks gradually restored, palmar flexion, dorsiflexion activities within2weeks of recovery the fastest; ulnar deviation, radial deviation of activity within1week recovered the fastest most obvious; wrist pronation activities one week to improve wrist supination activities1to2weeks to restore the most obvious. Swelling before and after the swelling treatment of patients with wrist and hand to improve the statistical significance. Patients grip within eight weeks of gradual recovery,1to2weeks grip no significant change, the more pronounced recovery after4weeks;1week of wrist function recovery compared with those before treatment (P>0.05), no statistical significance; after treatment, two weeks of wrist function recovery compared with the first week after treatment (P<0.01) was statistically significant; compared to two weeks after the first four weeks of wrist function recovery after treatment and treatment (P<0.05), Statistics significance; eight weeks after the treatment of wrist function to restore the excellent rate of80%(P<0.01). Course of the disease have significant correlation with the clinical treatment.8weeks its review of the30patients, age>60years old wrist function fine was50%,60-year-old age group in patients with good wrist function was90%to100%. The incidence of age have no significant correlation with the clinical treatment. Were falls in30patients, no statistically significant causes of morbidity is no correlation with the clinical efficacy; Frykman (type2)8weeks after the treatment of wrist function was95.2%; Frykman (3~8type8weeks) after treatment of wrist function was55.5%(P<0.01), fourfold table exact test were significantly different, and therefore closely related to the fracture classification and clinical efficacy. Conclusions:This clinical observation in the wrist joint functional rehabilitation clinical efficacy and excellent higher rate of eight weeks line rehabilitation exercises functions. Duration and fracture type and clinical efficacy is closely related to age, sex and a fixed time and no significant clinical effect correlation. More obvious, the patient’s pain improve in2to4weeks, the wrist the activity to improve within2weeks of recovery faster recovery of grip strength after four weeks faster.
