The Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Qufengtongluo Powder For Promotiving Functional Rehabilitation Of Wrist On The Late Periods Of Distal Radial Fractures Healing

Objective:The aim of the study was to assess the effect of the prescription for promoting functional rehabilitation of wrist,evaluation for global assessment and Patient-Rated Wrist Evaluation。To explore the effect of anatomical reduction factor,for better provide guidance for application of the prescription.Method:46 patients from April,2008 to February,2009 treating by conservative treatment were randomly assigned to the test group or to the control group(all patients were reduced manipulatively and external fixated by splints at palmar flexion and ulnar deviation).To maintain immobilized 5-7weeks,and then begin a different rehabilitative treatment:test group were managed by fuming-washing for 4 weeks and function exersices,and the control group were managed by function exersices.We assess the wg(Gartland and Werley as modified by Sarmiento) and prwe function scores of affected wrist at pretherapy of fuming-washing,2nd,4th,8th,and the anatomical result distal radius after clinical union of fracture according to the scoring system of lidstrom.Result:1.Wg and prwe function scores of affected wrist of test group has significant difference(p＜0.05),in the same time after dismantling splints.It shows that management of test group could promote functional rehabilitation of wrist.2.The functional rehabilitation of wrist is positively correlated with anatomical structure of distal radius.3.Qufengtongluo powder has not stimulation for the skin at the same time, it has no cutaneous anaphylaxis,so it is effectly and safe.Conclision:1.The Prescription of Qufengtongluo powder fuming-washing combined with functional exercises,is an effective therapy to promote functional rehabilitation of wrist.2.The effect of Qufengtongluo powder fuming-washing combined with functional exercises is positively correlated with anatomical structure of distal radius.3.Both of the two groups have no difference on safty index,so Qufengtongluo powder combined with functional exercises safty.
