A Clinical Research Of The Plastic Brace Wrist Joint For Having Curing Fractures Of The Distal Radius

ObjectiveThe fracture of the distal radius is the most familiar bone fracture in whole body, inviting to occupy 17 percentage of whole bone fracture patient , is the common disease in the clinic. It has a lot of method of the treatment , and the external fixation is most frequently used, but its difficulty in primarily is that the stability consists with the adjustment . This research ,applying Evidence-Based Medicine and DME ,through the clinical research in various centres ,establishs the objective evaluation standard , and studys and evaluates the clinical effect of that plasticity of wrist curing the fractures of the distal radius. To try to provide a new kind of method in Chinese traditional medicine that cures the fractures of the distal radius. MethodsThe clinical research was conducted by randomized singal blind control trial, the subjects include 94 patients(33 male and 61 female, aged from 18 to 78 years) from, different hospitals. Numeration data is evaluated by chi-square test (or exact probabilities in 2*2 talbe). Measurement data is evaluated by Student' s t-test. Ranked data is evaluated by Ridit (relative to an identified distribution) . ResultThe difference of chipianjiao between in reduction and in healing has shown statistical significance with which control group (P<0.05) . The difference of zhangqingjiao between in reduction and in healing has shown most statistaical significance with which control group (P<0. 01) . The trial group has a good rate as 93. 6%, and the control group has a good rate as 74. 5% by evaluation standard of curative effect . The difference of them has shown most statistical significance (P<0. 01).ConclusionsThe plastic brace of wrist joint has surpassed the small splint to maintain the zhangqingjiao and chipianjiao, in recovery of function...
