Purpose:This clinical study wants to observe the differences in wrist pain, grip recovery, joint mobility and joint function assessment in the observation group and the control group, and to understand the function of the tendon combined with functional exercise in the treatment of wrist joint function after distal radius fracture healing. The effect of recovery.Provide a basis for clinical treatment.Method:From January 2017 to December 2018,a total of 50 eligible patients were included, and the included cases were numbered according to the order of removal of external fixation. Then, the randomized average was divided into observation group and control group,25 cases each, all patients were Uniform standard wrist joint function exercise, the training method is guided by the researcher, and the observation group is equipped with a reasonable tendon technique based on functional exercise. The rehabilitation period of the two groups was 4 weeks. The VAS score, grip recovery, joint mobility,Gartland-Werley wrist score were recorded before rehabilitation, after rehabilitation and 3 months after fracture. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was evaluated by comparative analysis. Results: 1.The general data of patients(gender, age, fixed time, affected side, fracture type)were compared between groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.In terms of pain relief, the VAS scores of the patients were compared. Before the rehabilitation, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the rehabilitation, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group was excellent;the fracture was 3 months, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.In the recovery of grip strength, there was no significant difference between the two groups before the rehabilitation treatment(P>0.05).After the rehabilitation treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was excellent;the fracture was 3 months, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the degree of joint activity between the two groups before the rehabilitation treatment(P>0.05).After rehabilitation and 3 months of fracture, the direction of palmar flexion, stretched to the back side of hand, left and right, the difference between the two groups of patients, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group was excellent;in the pre-and post-rotation cases, the difference between the two groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the evaluation of joint function between the two groups before the rehabilitation. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After rehabilitation and 3 months, the differences in joint function between the two groups were statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05),the observation group was excellent. Conclusion: 1 The combination of physiotherapy and functional exercise is better than simple functional exercise in the treatment of wrist and joint function recovery after distal radius fracture. It is beneficial to the recovery of joint function as soon as possible.2 The method is simple and convenient to operate, and the effect is obvious. The patient has high acceptance,is safe and feasible, and can be promoted and used clinically.
