After the treatment cycle,intercepting the knee joint,mesured the level of BMP-2and VEGF in bone tissue and synovium by Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR)RESULTS:1. Compared with model group, every dose of nourish kidney dispel cold cure Wangbi decoction could decrease arthritis index score,and had significant difference (P<0.01);compared with MTX group, arthritis index score of middle-dose group decreased significantly (P<0.05), arthritis index score of small-dose group and high-dose group of no significant difference (P>0.05); Between Chinese traditional medicine group, middle-dose group had the best effect to Arthritis index scorc,Compared with small-dose group and high-dosage group has significant difference (P<0.05); The effect of small-dose group better than high-dose group; high-dose group has the worst effect in three Chinese traditional medicine groups.2. Model group BMP-2mRNA express increased, CIA rats could produce BMP-2to repair bone damage。Compared with control group, every dose of nourish kidney dispel cold cure Wangbi decoction and MTX group could increase BMP-2mRNA level;Compared with MTX group, BMP-2mRNA expression level of middle-dose group increased significantly Methotrexate group, the small-dose group and large-dose group of BMP-2mRNA expression level difference is not much. Between Chinese traditional medicine group, middle-dose group had the best effect to BMP-2mRNA level, and compared with small-dose group and high-dosage group has significant difference; The effect of small-dose group better than high-dose group, but far less than middle-dose group but no significant difference.3. VEGF mRNA express of cotrol group compare with model group, expression was significantly elevated expression levels of VEGF mRNA in model group.The CIA rats model was more successful, causing the lesions of rats similar to human rheumatoid arthritis, and VEGF expression levels, indicating that lesions more serious increased.
