Clinical Observation Of San Bi Decoction Combined With Leflunomide In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis(Kidney Qi Deficiency Cold Type)

Objective:According to the pathogenesis of Rheumatoid arthritis?RA?,the treatment of RA?Kidney qi deficiency cold type?with the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine[San bi decoction combined with Leflunomide?LEF?]was carried out.The clinical efficacy was observed and discussed,providing a basis for the treatment of RA.Methods:The 60 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,among which 30 patients were given the combined LEF.The control group gave LEF.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Observe two groups before and after treatment in TCM syndrome integral,VAS pain points,RF,ACPA,CRP,ESR total integral,Content of serum IL-6,IL-17 and TGF-?₁,and adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%;the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.The treatment group was compared with the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,both groups showed significant improvement in TCM syndrome scores,RF,ACPA,CRP,total ESR scores,serum IL-6,IL-17,TGF-?₁ content,and safety.1.The total effective rate was 93.10%in the treatment group.The total effective rate was 86.67%in the control group.compared to the control group,P<0.05.2.In the TCM symptom scores,compared with the same group after treatment,P<0.01;compared with the control group after treatment,P<0.01.3.In terms of VAS pain points,P<0.01 was compared with that in the same group after treatment,P<0.05 compared with that in the control group.4.In RF,ACPA,CRP,ESR total points,compared with the same group after treatment,P<0.01;compared with the control group after treatment,P<0.01.5.In the serum IL-6,IL-17,TGF-?₁ content,compared with the same group after treatment,P<0.01;compared with the control group after treatment,P<0.01.6.In terms of safety,the incidence of adverse events in the treatment group was compared with the control group after chi-square test,P<0.05.Conclusions:1.San bi decoction combined with LEF in the treatment of RA?kidney qi deficiency cold type?has remarkable curative effect and less adverse reaction.It can obviously improve the total integral of TCM syndrome score,VAS pain points,?RF,ACPA,CRP,ESR?.2.The mechanism of San bi decoction combined with LEF in the treatment of RA?kidney qi deficiency cold type?may be related to the inhibition of Th17 cell activity,the decrease of serum content of IL-6 and IL-17,and the increase of the serum content of TGF-?₁.
