Objectives:Study of adolescent neck pain in patients with major clinical symptoms, signs and X-ray characteristics, then through practices of Chinese medicine chiropractic and traction intervene on the neck muscles, compared to before and after treatment about main symptoms, signs and X-ray performance to improve the situation, analyze and study the clinical curative effect of the improvement of the reason, demonstrates the pathogenesis of teenagers neck pain, for argument the pathological changes in muscle, less than bone, reversible provides the basis. Methods:Through the interrogation methods, investigation form, screened200cases with neck pain as the main symptoms students, all are19-25y old and comes from freshman and graduate students from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, randomly divide into osteopathy group and traction groups, each of which include100people. Sign informed consent, ask neck pain symptoms detailedly and check neck signs strictly, then quality control through CRF table to fill in, accurate records the neck pain patients with clinical symptoms and signs performance, use the X-ray machine radiography, collected clinical symptoms, signs and X-ray date before treatment, and in accordance with the symptoms, signs and X-ray, treat with them by the inheritance of doctor of sun-style technique has the title of clinical doctors。The osteopathy group’s treatment are3weeks,3times per week; Traction group by traction treatment3weeks,3times a week, too; After treatment ask neck pain symptoms detailedly and check neck signs strictly and with X-ray examine again.Observed the Recovery and clinical efficacy results, comparison of Before and after treatment about clinical symptoms, signs and X-ray,statistical comparative study between the two groups. Results: The osteopathy group1. The main symptom and sign2. X-ray finding94cases, before treatment, normal11cases,abnormal curvature in57cases, vertebral sliding15cases,angular displacement44cases; spinous position change45cases; odontoid skewed, atlantoodontoid spacing is too large13cases; Ruth Jackson line intersect proneness change in70cases, stretch change in47patients.After treatment, abnormal curvature35patients, vertebral sliding3patients, angular displacement18cases,spinous position change in24patients, odontoid skewed, atlantoodontoid spacing is too large2cases, Ruth Jackson line intersect proneness change41cases, extension change in33patients;X-Ray performance efficient:abnormal curvature38.6%, vertebral sliding80%, angular position change59.1%; spinous position change51%; odontoid skewed, atlantoodontoid spacing is too large change84.6%, Ruth Jackson line intersections proneness change (proneness41.4%, extension29.8%) The traction intervention group1. The main symptom and sign2. X-ray finding93cases, before treatment, normal17cases.abnormal curvature in60cases, vertebral sliding14cases,angular displacement39cases; spinous position change39cases; odontoid skewed, atlantoodontoid spacing is too large20cases; Ruth Jackson line intersect proneness change in66cases, stretch change in39patients.After treatment, abnormal curvature50patients, vertebral sliding4patients, angular displacement17cases,spinous position change in29patients, odontoid skewed, atlantoodontoid spacing is too large10cases, Ruth Jackson line intersect proneness change40cases, extension change in30patients;X-Ray performance efficient:abnormal curvature16.7%, vertebral sliding71.4%, angular position change56.4%; spinous position change25.6%; odontoid skewed, atlantoodontoid spacing is too large change50%, Ruth Jackson line intersections proneness change (proneness39.4%, extension23.1%)chiropractic and traction can be seen to improve both the treatment of adolescent neck pain by symptoms, signs and X-ray, and the overall efficacy of the chiropractic group better than the traction group。Conclusions:(1) Adolescent cervical pain due to chronic injury of cervical muscles of the neck, muscular tension imbalance,, cervical vertebra physiological structure destroying, mechanical balance disorder, it is the soft tissue degeneration, manifestations of instability, gradually and bone, so we called" youth cervical imbalance syndrome" can better reflect the pathological changes(2) The clinical symptoms, signs, mainly to neck pain, neck tenderness, X-ray no cervical vertebrae degeneration, most showed abnormal curvature, or even normal, confirmed the adolescent cervical instability(3) Chinese chiropractic manipulation for the treatment of neck pain is very suitable for teenagers, he can make the neck muscle tension, the imbalance in patients with cervical spine biomechanics equilibrium is restored, effectively blocking the imbalance develop into cervical spondylosis cervical pathology and evolution(4) Chinese chiropractic manipulation and traction treatment of adolescent cervical imbalance syndrome is effective method, the clinical symptoms, signs and radiographic changes had statistical significance. Two, looked from the value of traditional Chinese medicine, chiropractic manipulation is more effective, more suitable for young cervical imbalance syndrome prevention and treatment(5) Adolescent cervical imbalance syndrome the lesions in the ribs, no bone, he is an early manifestation of cervical disease, is rever.
