Xinjiang is a provinces with vast territory, rich resources, and the long history. There are thirteen original live minorities, its minority population is around60%of the total population. The national education is the main form of education.Since new China was founded, the state has adopted various measures to develop national education, and to promote the education fair. In the21century, under the lead of the western China development strategy, the national education of Xinjiang enter into a new historical period of development, the state has adopted a series of policies and measures to promote the development of education in Xinjiang region, in a series of policy measures, pushed by Xinjiang region minority education has made good progress.As the booming development of Xinjiang region education career, the research about "Xinjiang education" present flourishing, whether from the quantity of the relevant research results and the quality of articles t had the very big development than before. However, at present, the study field mainly limit in "Xinjiang higher education","adult vocational education","education theory" subject areas, and concerned "Xinjiang foundation education "research is still relatively weak, especially in the teaching practice, the relevant teaching methods, teaching design, teaching material development and other issues of research remains to be developed. Especially for students of Xinjiang minority nationalities areas, since they have special culture background, special language environment. special thinking habit. adaptive development of teaching method and the teaching resources appears more urgent, this article is from the original intention, tries to design case and the teaching mode.which suitable for the students of the Xinjiang minority nationality regions, develop Xinjiang local chemical resources, to make chemical subject have "Xinjiang characteristic", so as to make it more close to the students, more close to life and more close to the essence of education. promoting the development of students.This thesis mainly divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction. respectively described about "Xinjiang education" and the background of "learning case" and the present research status. The second part had a discussion about the theoretical basis and design principle of learning case design. The third past mainly start from a questionnaire, which about the quality of life of the junior high school student from the Xinjiang minority nationality regions. and combine the author’s teaching experience during the education internship in Xinjiang KuErLe area, put forward three main problems about chemical education in the Xinj iang minority ethnic areas:I, lacking of chemical materials based on local situation and "second development" of existing chemical teaching material.,2, lacking of teaching methods suiting for minority students thinking habits and cultural context3,lacking of "bilingual" chemistry teacher with professional knowledge and teaching skills mature The fourth part mainly aims at chemical educational problems existing in the Xinjiang minority nationality areas, proposed two chemical learning case design. In the Chemistry discipline, different class have different characteristics in presenting knowledge. the author mainly design two cases for two types, one class about knowledge on chemical elements and compounds,another class on chemical concept and principles. The first class,on the exploit and protection of the metal resources, main focuses on development of Xinjiang local education resources, the second class mainly tries to explore teaching mode appropriating for students from the Xinjiang minority nationality areas.The purpose of the study is to solve the conflict between the identity of chemistry teaching and the particularity of students from Xinjiang minority nationality area. Hoping this paper can benefit to chemical education development of Xinjiang minority areas, Hoping this paper can offer reference for Xinjiang education workers.
