On the study of curriculum theory, the thesis put forward some views on connotation of chemistry instructional theory. Combined with overseas pedagogic educational experiences and reviewed existing chemistry instructional theory of our country, the thesis did some theoretical exploration on curriculum reform of national higher normal schools' chemistry instructional theory and expected to provide some instructive references to curriculum reform of chemistry instructional theoryChemistry instructional theory is the required curriculum for chemistry teacher. With the development of education of home and abroad, our existing chemistry instructional theory could not fulfill or even lag behind the aim of chemistry pedagogic education. On the definition of chemistry instructional theory connotation, the thesis analyzed and concluded current development of chemistry instructional theory of home and abroad and especially the primary contradiction and plight of chemistry instructional theory confronted. Combined with part of existing textbooks on chemistry instructional theory, the thesis analyzed chemistry new-course theory, modern chemistry teacher quality structure and study motivation and psychological traits of normal students and laid a foundation for curriculum reform of higher normal schools' chemistry instructional theory.Theoretical construction of chemistry instructional theory curriculum is the core of the thesis and it is discussed from these four parts: curriculum objective, standard of curriculum content, proposal for textbook compiling and suggestion for implementing these proposals. The curriculum of chemistry instructional theory is taken example-curriculum as carrier and aimed at bringing up new chemistry teacher who is adapted to curriculum reform and innovated in education. Pedagogic affection and professional ethics of normal students is involved in the process of knowledge and ability of normal students teaching. Theoretical construction of the thesis is implemented through theory, ability, practice and research.Theoretical construction of chemistry instructional theory curriculum is based on theoretical and practical foundation, which attained through document-research and analysis and questionnaire-survey and collation.
