Based On System Dynamics Analysis Of The Factors Affecting College Students' Online Game Addiction

With the development of Chinese online game industry in last ten years, ithas become very mature and played a very important role in Chinese Internetindustry. The online gaming market scale of Chinese client has reached37.06billions in2011. With the rapid development of internet game market, collegestudents are still a force groups in all players. The university students are themost positive followers of modern life, they have a strong curiosity and thirst forknowledge and are still in the growth period of value system which has not yetbeen established, so they are more susceptible to the influence of the new thingssuch as online games. However, the online game is a double-edged sword, whilethe online game brings pleasure to us, it also brings a series of negative socialquestions, it becomes an important factor which affects the college students’normal study and life.In order to let the students not be harmed by online game addiction, explorethe factors which make the college students be addicted with online addictionand study measures to solve the addiction problem. On the basis of online gameaddiction research of domestic and foreign university students. This paper usesthe system dynamics method to solve this problem. This paper analyzes a largenumber of typical accidents，such as robbery crime, jump off a building,deathand so on，which all are caused by online game addiction. This paperSupplements some extra information and builds a causal relationship of thefactors which is combined with the status of college students’ online addiction. Itreveals the deeper course of students’ online game addiction further.Based on analyzing the system of the impacting factors of online gameaddiction, this paper sets up the corresponding simulation model for addictionsystem, using SD modeling technology with the SD simulation softwareVensim-PLE gets the actual potency of different factors in complex systemthrough simulation of subsystems.
