The urban drainage network bear the urban sewage discharge, flood control and drainage, urban polluted river water to cover, long-distance transmission of the river flow, the task of the full use of urban water resources, critical infrastructure in thecity. Sewage and industrial wastewater, urban drainage network transport is an important source of pollution in the urban water environment. Therefore, the planning, construction and scientific management of the drainage network has great significance for the protection of urban water environment, comprehensive, accurate and reliable drainage network data is the basis of the drainage network planning and management.In recent years, with the rapid development of Kunming’s urban construction, the size of the drainage network has increased dramatically. At present, Kunming has built more than2,700kilometers of municipal sewer network. In addition, the Kunming Economic Development Zone, Chenggong New Area, the Airport Metro is under construction drainage network. The Kunming city drainage master plan to2030, Kunming drainage line length of5000km.Planning Bureau in Kunming Kunming underground pipeline in2008a comprehensive detection, including drainage, electricity, gas, water and other underground pipelines. The original detection data includes2740km of municipal sewer lines, including a total of172500drain pipes, drain lines168800. However, due to the raw data to detect a huge workload, large amounts of data need to manually input, inevitably there are errors and attribute errors of spatial topological relations, data processing and data validation must be the original drainage network detection data, Kunming drainage network space the construction of the database to provide data to support.The problems of the original detection data for the drainage network based on GIS technology and ArcGIS platform, the drainage network data for analysis, verification and processing. The papers of GIS and ArcGIS platform to explore and study, to analyze the problems of the original detection data of the drainage network on the drainage network data processing programs, processes and technologies routes. Given part of the data processing methods and results, including a dotted line relationship checksum processing, repeat pipeline checksum processing, source and sink water treatment, wrong to take over the line of treatment, drainage flow to the checksum processing, layer merge and so on.Drainage network data processed by the calibration has been applied to the Kunming drainage network space in the database provides a reliable, accurate drainage network underlying data for the urban water environment in Kunming and Dianchi Lake pollution control.
