Railway geographic information platform(RGIS)is the only one supporting spatial service in the railway industry,which provides passenger and cargo transportation,business management,production scheduling,and other fields with professional railway spatial data.It is an important component of the basic data platform.Railway spatial data show a trend of exponentially increase with the continuous development of railway informatization.This needs new requirements to the existing platform.Thus,it is imperative to discover problems and hidden dangers of the platform in time,optimize the platform and ensure better development of the platform by selecting the most appropriate method.RGIS platform can solve and manage railway spatial data.The previous studies have identified that the platform has some problems in data processing.Several data show high redundancy,low image resolution and no standard documents with basic data production process.In data management,there is a lack in vector tile management,mobile terminal data encryption and transmission management.Meanwhile,numerous domestic and foreign enterprises having a demand for geographic information platform have realized or carried out the platform open source,indicating that open source will be the prospective trend of the development of geographic information platform.Therefore,this paper investigates the key technology of Railway geographic information platform basing on railway spatial data processing,management and platform open source.In order to solving the above problems,this study select the solution through literature research,theoretical calculation and other methods.In the aspect of data processing,we use geometric and semantic matching,improved Laplace algorithm and ICP algorithm to optimize the railway spatial data with high redundancy.Dynamic gradient algorithm is utilized to improve the clarity of the image,and establishes the standard process of spatial data production.In terms of data management,the effective management of vector tiles can be realized by geographic grid and linear quadtree.At the same time,by using coordinate offset,random scrambling algorithm and RSA encryption method,we can realize the encryption and safe transmission of mobile terminal data.Additionally,this study select the open source software in the open source research of the platform and design the open source data engine architecture and the overall architecture,logic architecture,data architecture and network architecture of the open source platform.Our results complete the exploitation of basic functions such as functional service and service management,laying the foundation for the open source of the RGIS platform.
