In recent years,the pace of urbanization is accelerating and the scope of the city is expanding.At the same time,urban matching municipal drainage network is also constantly upgrading.Traditional data management mode has been unable to meet the requirements of modernization of municipal administration because of the intricate complex of drainage network.The research of urban drainage network geographic information system base on GIS is imminent,it can not only effectively manage the current drainage network but also can provide a basis for pipe network management department in pipeline reconstruction work in the future.The research contents of this paper includes four parts:The drainage network of Xuzhou is taken as the research object and then makes demand analysis and overall scheme design of project called urban drainage network geographic information system of Xuzhou,design and establishment of system database,modeling of drainage pipe network and overflow simulation,the development of Information management system for urban drainage pipe network base on B/S.Using 3D analytical tools of ArcGIS to divide the catchment area of research area in Xuzhou city center,using CHM to simulate rainfall process,analysing establishment and calculation process of the rainfall model and surface runoff model by using SWMM software.,using symbolic hierarchical display of ArcGIS to show the overflow of the check wells.In the end introducing the method of developing the application system base on ASP.NET MVC framework,it shows the functions of query,data management,real-time monitoring and so on.This developed urban drainage network geographic information system of Xuzhou base on ArcGIS series software platform,realizing data processing of drainage pipelines and ancillary facilities,combining graph and data,establishing the attribute database and spatial database of drainage network.On this basis,developing the management system for B/S mode,achieving the functions of data query of drainage pipe network and subsidiary facilities,data maintenance,layer control and at the same time,it integrates the functions of real-time monitoring of drainage stations and regulating gates in the region.Besides,it builds the drainage network model to conduct the overflow module.The system provides an effective and convenient tool for the management of urban drainage network,it also improves the efficiency and modern management level of the municipal pipe network management department.It has certain research significance and practical value.
