The cultural factors teaching method is an important part of the culture teaching in theprocess of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, it can get rid of the situation,in whichparticular attention is paid on knowledge giving while communicative use is less valued.Thismethod aims to help students to understand the culture behind the language in order to completecommunication more successfully. This paper, on the basis of summarizing predecessors’cultural factors teaching theory, classifies the cultural factors of intermediate reading class andmakes quantitative analysis of it.Combined with own teaching practice, from the reading classteaching process, the text import, the cultural vocabulary teaching, text teaching, after-schoolpractice, this paper puts forward cultural-factors teaching method,including the conversationimport,multimedia material import, object import, English language import; the translatioinpart,image display, scene setting, performance in cultural vocabulary teaching;q&amethod,synthetic method,synthesis and sublimation method, comtrastive analysis methodetc.,and the teaching strategy of teacher.And it further puts forward the principle of culturalfactors teaching in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, including objectiveprinciple, the principle of time,the principle of their aptitude,opening principle.This paper is written based on summarizing predecessors’ cultural factors teaching theoryand the author’s own teaching practice and experience in the hope of providing reference forlater cultural-factors teaching and being helpful to the cultural factors teaching in the process ofteaching Chinese as a foreign language study.The full text is divided into six parts:Chapter1Introduction, introducing the topic significance, the research contents andmethodsChapter2Research object and research status quo, defining and analysing the culturalfactors in the intermediate reading,summarizing research status at home and abroad of thecultural factors teaching in the process of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Chapter3Analysis of cultural factors teaching content in class,taking intermediatereading course<Developing Chinese.Intermediate reading>(Ⅰ) as an example to analyzecultural factors in intermediate reading material.The specific analysis form is claasifyingcultural factors and making quantitative analysis to the teaching material,Chapter4Culture factors teaching methods for intermediate reading, intermediatereading course teaching methods are put forward on the basis of teaching practice during theprocess of cultural teaching,combined with the cultural factors teaching content.Chapter5Intermediate reading culture factors teaching principles, four principles ofteaching are put forward,aiming at the cultural factors teaching.Chapter6Epilogue,summarizing full text content, innovative points and the insufficientof articles is put forward.
