In the daily teaching Chinese as a foreign language, especially in oral English teaching, the content is closely related with language cultural factors of the proper introduction class, often can make the teaching Chinese as a foreign language under the relaxed and lively classroom atmosphere, most of the time, the can get twice the result with half the effort teaching effect, also can improve the students’ intercultural communicative competence. Based on the comprehensive study and draw lessons from the domestic experts and scholars on the basis of existing research results, the theoretical analysis, literature research methods such as cultural introductory teaching Chinese as a foreign language to the related theory of language and culture, based on the theory of intercultural communication and cultural migration theory, the cultural import intermediate oral English teaching and the specific text "and see how the Chinese celebrate the Spring Festival, for which the emergence of a large number of specific factors which are related to the Spring Festival culture import features, principles, and import the methods of analysis, and customs and cultural background of the text in the teaching and research, to the cultural factors in the whole of the cultural factors in the text and the proportion of statistics, which highlights the importance of this class cultural factors, finally to the text design of classroom teaching and practice of cultural factors, thus put forward some reflection on the teaching of culture teaching.
