Study On Problems And Countermeasures In Development Of Tai’an Cultural Industries

As a new economic growth point in China, cultural industries have given rise to a high degree of attention of the government departments and the community as a whole, and its position of strategic pillar industry of the national economy have become increasingly prominent. Similarly, the local government is also actively enhancing the level of development of the cultural industries in the region. Tai’an is the center of the "a mountain, a water and a saint" tourist hot-line in Shandong Province. The territory of Tarzan is a symbol of the spirit of the Chinese nation, but the development of Tai’an cultural industries is lagging behind for various reasons, which is not suited to the rich cultural heritage. It is a typical area which is asymmetrical between the development of cultural industries and the cultural resources. Therefore, choosing the region as a case of the regional development of cultural industries has important theoretical and practical significance.In order to provide useful exploration for the further development of our regional culture industry, this article analyzes the status quo, the problems and the causes of Tai’an industry, and explores ideas and countermeasures of how to accelerate the development of the Tai’an cultural industries through the method of empirical analysis.The thesis is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction, which introduces the goals and the significance of the research, the literature review, the frame and methodology of the research.The second part is the theory of the culture industry. First, the article defines the related concepts, such as culture, cultural industries, and cultural undertakings; second, the article analyzes the relationship of cultural undertakings and cultural industries.The third part analyzes the current situation of the development of cultural industries in Tai’an City. First, the article analyzes the importance and feasibility of the development of cultural industries in Tai’an City. Second, the article analyzes the development of Tai’an cultural industries, which has four main aspects:First, with the Tai city as the center, the cultural industries developed coordinately; Second, with cultural tourism as the leader, the structure of the cultural industries is maturing; third, with big project as traction, brand cluster effect initially apparent; fourth, the overall trend is good, the industrial contribution rate gradually increased.The fourth part discuses the problems and their causes in the development of cultural industries in Tai’an. The problems manifested in five aspects:First, the cultural industries started late, so the scale of cultural industries is smaller; second, unbalanced development of the cultural industry; second, cultural industries resources is relative dispersive and intensive level is not high. The cultural industries lack effective integration; fourth, support and policies and regulations to promote the development of cultural industries is not yet perfect; fifth, lack of high-quality cultural industries management talent. Then, the article analyzes the causes of the problems from the understanding of the cultural industries of government, the management system of cultural undertakings, and investing mechanism of cultural industries, the technological development of the cultural industries and cultural industries talent mechanism.The fifth part is the ideas and countermeasures to accelerate the development of cultural industries in Tai’an. This is the end result of this study. First, the article analyzes the ideas to accelerate the development of cultural industries in Tai’an:first, make correct development strategies according to reality; Second, with Taishan culture as the core and the main line, and tap the cultural resources, highlighting the cultural characteristics; third, strengthening the weak links, and promote industrial chain upgrading. The concrete measures to accelerate the development of cultural industries in Taian mainly include: transform the functions of government and deepening the reform of the cultural management system; strengthen the cultural industry guidance, and improve the development of cultural industry policies and regulations; increase investment and support in cultural industries; optimize the structure of the cultural industry, achieve industrial upgrading; integrate resources to build the characteristics of cultural industries in Tai’an; increase efforts to train personnel of the cultural industry.The sixth party is the conclusion. Based on summary and conclusion of full-text content, the article forecasts the development of the cultural industries in Tai’an.
