Because of traits such as not subject to the restrictions of time and space, interactive, timely and effective feedback resistance, online Chinese learning resources got more and more welcomed by the majority of Chinese learners of Chinese as a foreign language, academia of this area are conducting relative research morewidely, in order to better promote the Chinese distance learning. and to help the earners to maximize the use of online Chinese learning resources afterwards.We took online resources which aim at learners come from english speaking countries as the object, the behaviorist learning theory, cognitive learning theory, constructivist learning theory, distance learning theory as the theoretical guidance, carried out the investigation with three aspects: basic information, content of resources, distance learning theory standard. Then, under the guidance of the theories interrelated, we subdivided the aspect of basic information into8parameters:the creator, location, interface language, the target population, updating and maintenance fees, creation time, resource type. and refine the aspect of content of resources as the trunk content,the extended content, the secondary content, mode of pearance of content, layout design, inosculation between the goal and the content,learner characteristics, quality,degree of the facility of the resources content, the openness of resource content.in the investigation of this broad category of distance learning, distance learning theory standard are refined as media quality, media openness, the easiness for pperating, system support, system response, the interface the style and layout,evaluation system.26inspection standard parameters for each the results of the survey data,we found the problems exist in current online chinese pinyin learning recourses, contrapose the problems occurred, tried to give some suggestions for improvement.
