According to the present research situation of teaching Chinese characters, Rearching the800words in the "Chinese words and Chinese characters syllabus" in the purpose of strengthening memory, capturing the previous Chinese characters in the actual teaching problems, and trying to figure out a system to strengthen memory method of Chinese characters.Through the analysis of modern Chinese characters and the teaching theory of Chinese characters, it identifies the current Chinese characters at all levels of the segmentation standard with the determined standard and principle analysis of "Chinese words and Chinese characters Syllabus"in the800words of first grade, it can receive from Chinese characters stroke level memory129single words, semantic component34groups,phonetic components225,64pictographic characters,and88groups shape characters.Though the summarizing and sorting of the various levels at different angles, and the teaching design at all levels of instrustions, combined with the method of mind mapping, the method of link, other graphics, intuitive image momory and using related groups of words to make sentences.According to the characters of unity of the Chinese character’s shape, sound, meaning, the memory can be guided by the divergent thinking type, and attemping to find an effective method for strengthening memory of Chinese characters.
