In recent years,Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages has developed vigorously,and Chinese teachers have gained many opportunities and faced many challenges,and teaching objects,teaching tasks,teaching resources,etc.are all aspects that need to be considered and put forward to deal with them.Chinese characters are a typical symbol of Chinese,but also a gap that Chinese learner have to cross on the road of learning,learning Chinese characters well is an important task for Chinese learners,and teaching Chinese characters well is the unshirkable responsibility of international Chinese teachers.Chinese characters have complex strokes,many radicals,varied structures,huge numbers,rich culture,and it is not easy to master writing Chinese characters.It is urgent to interpret and apply the newly developed "Grade Standards".Only by analyzing and studying the Chinese characters and vocabulary in the "Grade Standards" can Chinese teachers understand the requirements of the latest syllabus,seek appropriate and scientific teaching methods,and grasp the key points in the teaching process Chinese learners to exert their enthusiasm for learning and learn Chinese well.The Chinese character in the Radical of Cao is a category that appears more frequently in Chinese,and the Chinese character has a strong ability to form words,and the nature of the expression words is extremely rich,and it accounts for a large proportion in the "Grade Standard".Therefore,this paper studies the example characters in the Radical of Cao,so that Chinese learners can understand the relationship between the structure of Chinese characters and their original meaning,so as to understand the existing form of Chinese characters more clearly,and facilitate writing and memorizing their meaning.We use the "Chinese character functional theory",which has been hotly discussed in recent academic circles,to investigate and describe the representative characters "Hua","Luo","Ku" and "Cang" selected from the "Grade Standards" according to the statistical description method,in order to have a clearer understanding of the Chinese characters in the Radical of Cao and devote themselves to the teaching of Chinese characters.Firstly,the classification of the Chinese characters in the Radical of Cao in the "Grade Standards" and the statistics of word formation frequency are carried out,and the representative Chinese characters "Hua","Luo","Ku" and "Cang" with strong word-making ability are selected,and the shape is traced,and the glyph development is sorted out in the unearthed oracle bones,stone carvings,simple mu and manuscripts,the meaning of the characters is analyzed from the existing handed down documents,and the examples and sentences of the literature are displayed to form relevant Chinese character knowledge resources.Then,the Chinese character vocation is used to analyze and summarize the original,concurrent and borrowing functions of Chinese characters,determine the evolution of the use functions of related Chinese characters,and jointly analyze with the words in the "Grading Standards" to point out the functional meaning of the words in the words and classify them synonymously.Finally,according to the research results,the teaching object is determined,the teaching objectives are proposed,the teaching content and teaching links are designed,and the teaching practice is attempted.
