"Shi" used in modern Chinese very high frequency is a kind of importantsentence patterns,Shi" in the shi-Sentence "is a special verb, which makes the" shi-sentence" structure is complex, the semantic type variety. These are for theforeign learners to bring very great difficulty, they are in the use of shi" words togenerate a large number of errors.In this paper, the introduction part from the selected topic origin and purposeset out, discussed " shi" words in teaching Chinese as a foreign language in theimportance, the research scope, object and theory and method have been explained.First we investigated the "shi" words in the previous research and teachingChinese as a foreign language study in the current situation, in which the ontologyresearch note defines" is" words is the particularity as well as in this article we onthe research scope of "Shi".
