| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Brain-Clevering and Luo-Unblocking on Child Spastic Cerebral Palse.Methods:48cases of Child Spastic Cerebral Palse were divided into two groups randomly and equaly.The control group was treated with high pressure oxygen and western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture treatment of Brain-Clevering and Luo Unblocking. The spasticity and comprehensive function of the cases in the two groups were evaluated prior treatment and after 2 course of treatment with methods of Comprehensive Function Assessment for disabled children and Ashworth.Result:1.The Ashworth scores of the two groups after treating were both lower than before(P<0.05),and the treatment group advantages the control group (P<0,05).2.The value of Comprehensive Function Assessment for disabled children in the two groups was both elevated after treatment (P<0.05),and the treatment group advantages the control group (P<0.05).3. according to The value of Comprehensive Function Assessment for disabled children,the excellence rate of the treatment group was 54.17%and that of the control group was 25.00%,which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclution:The clinic study had proved that the acupuncture treatment of Brain-Clevering and Luo-Unblocking can increase the excellence rate and smooth spasticity of Child Spastic Cerebral Palse and it may be an important method for curing Child Spastic Cerebral Palse. |
