Observation On Effect Of Scalp Acupuncture Assisting Oirented Body Acupuncture For Improving Gross Motor Function Of Children With Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture assisting orientedbody acupuncture for treatment towards Gross Motor Function of Children with spasticcerebral palsy.Meathod：60cases of Children with spastic cerebral palsy were randomlydivided into an acupuncture group and a control group,each group includes30cases.Theacupuncture group were treated with scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture combinedwith modern rehabilitation training treatment,while the control group were treated onlywith modern rehabilitation training.All cases were treated5times a week,6monthconstituting a course.After the course was finished,Chinese version of Gross MotorFunction Measure(GMFM)88edition was used to evalue the curative effect.Results：1.The scores of origin,pre-treated and after-treated of each group’s5functional areasshowed the significant differences after being Statistically processed（P＜0.01).2.Theoriginal scores of each group’s5functional areas showed significant differences afterbeing Statistically processed（P＜0.01).Conclusion：1.The pattern of scalp acupunctureand body acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training treatment and thetreatment of the modern rehabilitation training both have positive effects on the GrossMotor functional improvement of Children with spastic cerebral palsy；2.Compared to themethods of modern rehabilitation,the pattern of scalp acupuncture and body acupuncturecombined with modern rehabilitation training treatment had a prior improvement on GrossMotor Function of Children with spastic cerebral palsy,which provided a way of therecovery of the Gross Motor Function of Children with spastic cerebral palsy.
