The Clinical Study Of Rehabilitation Approach After Selective Posterior Rhizolomy(SPR) On Child Spastic Cerebral Palse

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture and manipulation on Child Spastic Cerebral Palse. Approch the curative effect and superiority of acupuncture and manipulation on Child Spastic Cerebral Palse. Broad the treatment methods and improve the Position of Traditional Chinese Medieine in the treatment of this disease.Mathod:60 cases of child spastic cerebral palsy after selective posterior rhizolomy(SPR) devided into the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group and the control group(Bobath method) all involved 30 cases. The observed tine was before treatment, after 2 duration's treatment.To evaluate the extremities' motor funetion , the daily life activity ability and bulky sport.And to observe the relationship of effect rate to duration ,to age and to sex.Resules:The score of extremities' motor funetion has significant difference between after treatment and before treatment in the therapeutic group and contrast group ( P<0.05 ) .while it has not remarkable difference between the therapeutic and the contrast group (P>0.05) .The score of the daily life activity ability and bulky sport have significant different between after treatment and before treatment in the therapeutic group and contrast group ( P<0.01 ) . while they have not remarkable difference between the therapeutic and the contrast group before treatment (P>0.05)They have significant different between the therapeutic and the contrast group after treatment (P<0.05) .To observe the relationship of curative effect and the age ,The differences are significant in the curative effect according to different age group.Conclusions:The method of acupuncture and manipulation play an important role that thepary Child Spastic Cerebral Palse after selective posterior rhizolomy. And obviously its curative effect better than that of Bobath method.The earlier thepary of Child Spastic Cerebral Palse is better .Curative effect and sex have not direct relationship.
