Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Child Spastic Cerebral Palse With Shen-Supplementing And Du-Unblocking Therapy

Objectiv: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shen-Supplementing and Du-Unblocking on Child Spastic cerebral False.Methods: 60 cases of Child Spastic cerebral Palse were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in the control groups were treated with normal therapy. 30 cases in the treatmen group were treated with Shen-Supplementing and Du-Unblocking therapy additionally. The evaluation of the functional rehabilitation was carried out by the methods of Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children and Ashworth.Result: Before and after 3 peroids of treatment, the value of Comprehensive Function Assessment for Disabled Children in the treatment group were 50. 30+9. 78 and 70. 80+9. 82 , and 52. 43+11. 74 and 66. 70+9. 49 respectively(P<0.05, P<0.05) in the control group. The recovery of Comprehensive Function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group ,and there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05). The Ashworth scores before and after 3 peroids of treatment were bothelevated in the treatment group, but recovery of spasticity in the treatment group was better than that in the control group . Meanwhile,According to the results of evaluation of rehabilitation, the markedly effective rate was 53.33% in the treatment group and 23.33% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusions: The clinical study has proved that Shen-Supplementing and Du-Unblocking therapy can increase the markedly effective rate and promote recovery of spasticity of Child Spastic cerebral Palse ,and Indication that It is one of an impotant ways for Child Spastic cerebral Palse .
