Clinical Research On Qingre Zhiti Soup In Treating AR(Hot Type)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Zhiti soup on allergic rhinitis (hot type) and explore Chinense traditional medicine possible mechanism and clinical curative effect from clinical amelioration、signs and and the experiment index.Methods:60 cases of AR (hot type) were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group with 30 cases was treated by Zhende+Qingre Zhiti soup,30 cases of the control group with 30 cases was treated by Zhende+Yupingfeng Powder, were observed therapy before and after the signs and symptoms score, nasal lavage fluid in eosinophils and IL-8 of the Change. The changes on signs and symptoms score, The number of eosinophils and IL-8 before and after the treatment were observed.Results:The number of eosinophils After treatment was decreased perfectly compared with before (P<0.01); the levels of IL-8 after treatment was decreased perfectly compared with before (P< 0.05). There was significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups (P<0.05). The number of eosinophils was reduced apparently in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.01). the levels of IL-8 after treatment was reduced apparently in the treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The 1st, the clinical effect of Qingre Zhiti soup on allergic rhinitis (hot type) was confirmed again through the change of clinical amelioration and signs The 2nd, the mechanism and path of the method of Qingre Zhiti soup applying to Allergic Rhinitis are further founded out and announced to the public,from the molecular biology and pathology angle,after the research of EOS from the nasal cavity liquids and the IL-8 in the serum.
