Objective:To observe the effects of Bimin tablet (BMT) and Qingre Zhiti decoction (QZD) on expression and correlation of IL-2and IL-4of experimental allergic rhinitis in guinea pigs,and to explore the mechanism of BMT and QZD.Method:the guinea pigs models,caused by OVA,randomly divide into seven groups:Blank group(Ⅰ);cold syndrome allergic rhinitis group(Ⅱ);heat syndrome allergic rhinitis group(Ⅲ);BMT group(Ⅳ);QZD group(V);cold syndrome Loratadine tablets group(VI);heat syndrome Loratadine tablets(Ⅶ).there are10guinea pigs in every group.All guinea pigs are taken medicine for15days.we observe contents of IL-2、IL-4、IFN-y and IgE in serum of guinea pigs by Elisa.Result:the symptoms score of I is lower than other groups before treatment(P<0.01).The difference of symptoms scores before and after treatment is higher than Ⅱand Ⅲ(P<0.01). The contents of IgE are increased obviously in all groups compared with I (P<0.01), the contents of IgE are increased obviously in all groups compared with Hand Ⅲ(P<0.01).the contents of IL-4,IgE in the Ⅳ,Ⅵ, are reduced contrasting with II(P<0.01),the contents of IL-2,IFN-γ are risen.the contents of IL-4,IgE in the Ⅴand VII are reduced contrasting with Ⅲ(P<0.01),the contents of IL-2,IFN-y are risen.The contents of IL-2and IFN-γ in serum are confirmed linear regression relation through the statistical analysis (r=0.812, F=93.078, P=0.000).The contents of IL-4and IgE in serum are confirmed linear regression relation through the statistical analysis (r=0.733, F=71.491, P=0.000)Conclusion:Bimin tablet and Qingre Zhiti decoction have the effects of inhibiting IL-4in the seurm of cold syndrome allergic rhinitis and heat syndrome allergic rhinitis group,rising IL-2and IFN-y contents,reducing the IgE content,reducing nasal symptoms about Allergic rhinitis,regulating immune function.The specific performance is inhibiting adhesion molecule gather in nasal mucosa,promoting the nasal mucosa repair and improving local symptoms. |
