Objective:The research observed the effect on the expression of EAAT-1andGAT-1in brain tissue of rats with global cerebral ischemia coma byelectro-acupuncturing Shuigou.Methods:80SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group,model group, acupuncturing group, drug group and both acupuncturing anddrug group.Above of all, prepare the model of whole brain ischemic coma rats;then half an hour later,acupuncturing group and both acupuncturing and druggroup received the treatment of electr-acupuncture Shuigou untill the ratsof two groups had been dead,The frequency of acupuncturing was per6hours,lasting5mins. At the same time, drug group and both acupuncturing and druggroup received the treatment of intraperitoneal injection of citicoline sodiuminjection0.1g, Q6h.Finally, all80rats were executedX~24hours later, Thedifferences were compared by testing the average optical density of EAAT-1and GAT-1in brain tissues of rats in all groups.Results:1.We can get the statistics: F=12.296,P<0.006; to the rat of recoverfrom the chi-Square in every team. And make the multiple comparison in everyteam by Bonfrronni inspection level adjustment method (α=0.0083).There weresignificant differences between model group and acupuncturing druggroup,and it work.2.We can get the statistics:F=41.530,P=0.000,from thechi-Square in every team,by Young`EEG Standards for grading,which weresignificant differences.We can get there were no significant differences in thecandle and modle or drug and modle,but each team was significantdifference.By Bonfrronni inspection level adjustment method(α=0.0083), Andmake the multiple comparison in two teams,3.There were significantdifferences between model group、control group and other three groups bytesting the EAAT-1values (P<0.05);the model group and control group hadno significant differences (P>0.05);the difference between acupuncturing groupand both acupuncturing drug group was not significant (P>0.05),but therewere significantly difference between the two groups and the drug group (P<0.05);4.Comparing the acupuncture group (or both acupuncture drug group)and the other groups,there were significant differences by testing the GAT-1values (P<0.05);the model group was compared with the control group,therewere significant differences(P<0.05), but the difference between the modelgroup and drug group was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncturing the cerebral ischemic coma rats Shuigou can improvethe awake rate and improve the electrical activity of the brain and the behavioralindicators;2.Electroacupuncturing Shuigou can improve the expression in cerebralischemic coma rats`model of EAAT-1and GAT-1;3.Effect of electroacupuncturing combined with drugs in awaking effect is betterthan simple acupuncturing or drugs effect;4.The formation by electroacupuncturing cerebral ischemic coma rats Shuigoumay be associated with the trigeminal nerve fibers and brainstem reticularactivating system (ARAS) connection between the brain and reducingexcitotoxicity and the inhibitory neurotransmitter.
