ObjectiveThe vast majority of pain is a clinical one of the symptoms of common diseases,Serious impact on people's lives and work,and has developed as to endanger human health,one of the main killers.At present,the general application of clinical pain medication for the treatment of pain of the main means of disease,if the recourse to the poor efficacy of surgery.In recent years,opioid analgesics in a wide range of clinical applications,has achieved good results,but there are serious side effects of drug dependence.And the use of surgical treatment of pain disorders,but also has both advantages and disadvantages.Acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of a complete theory and the unique characteristics of the clinics,for thousands of years has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases, Acupuncture from the rich literature and summary of a large number of clinical practice can be seen that acupuncture has a good analgesic effect.To the scientific understanding of acupuncture analgesia objective,the study of its mechanism is gradually in depth.At present,the mechanism of acupuncture analgesia on research focused on the nervous,endocrine,immune,and so on. related substances on the oxygen metabolism and oxygen free radicals and the relationship between acupuncture analgesia was not reported.Liang in this experiment under the guidance of instructors,in the previous work on the basis of a certain intensity of light and heat stimulation of the rat tail-flick response to pain-related indicators,observation of electroacupuncture on pain threshold in rat serum and oxygen metabolism in rats related indicators(SOD, MDA) content,Objective evaluation of the analgesic effect of electroacupuncture,from free radicals,oxygen metabolism in view of the role of electroacupuncture analgesia mechanisms. MethodsHealthy adult SD rats with 30,were equally divided between male and female,weight 180~220g.Were randomly divided into normal control group, electro-acupuncture points group,electro-acupuncture by the non-acupoint group,10 in each group.Each group in a quiet state of the end of the use of solar thermal pain test the basis of pain threshold measurement and detection tail-cut blood indicators of oxygen metabolism(SOD,MDA). Electro-acupuncture group and electro-acupuncture points by the non-acupoint electrical stimulation group,GB-Ⅱtype connected to electro-acupuncture device,density waves,the frequency of 2-4Hz,intensity<1mA,with a slight jitter in rat hindlimb muscles bray rather than better,Continued for 30 minutes, the process of electro-acupuncture 10 minutes each to monitor the situation of a rat pain threshold.Electroacupuncture tail-cut immediately after the blood, detection of indicators of oxygen metabolism(SOD,MDA),were analyzed statistically.Results1.Acupuncture before,the basis of pain threshold in each group,SOD,MDA by statistical analysis,no significant difference(P>0.05).2.After the acupuncture(or after 30min) groups compared in each group:(1) Comparison of pain threshold①30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points group pain threshold than the normal control group significantly increased, After statistical processing,There was a significant difference(P<0.01);②30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture group by the non-point pain threshold compared with normal control group,with statistical analysis,no significant difference(P>0.05 )③30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points group pain threshold than non-EA group was significantly increased non-point, after statistical processing,were significantly different(P<0.05)。(2) Comparison of SOD①30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points group than normal control group,SOD significantly increased by the statistical processing,a very significant difference(P<0.01);②30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points by the non-SOD group and the normal control group,by statistical analysis,there are significant differences(P<0.05);③30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points group SOD and electro-acupuncture points by the non-group,by statistical analysis,there are significant differences(P<0.05);(3)Comparison of MDA①30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points group of MDA than normal control group,significantly lower,by statistically processing,a very significant difference(P<0.01);②30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture by the non-acupoint group MDA compared with the normal control group,with statistical analysis,no significant difference(P>0.05 );③30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points group of MDA than the electro-acupuncture group by the non-points lower, after statistical processing,were significantly different(P<0.05)。3.After acupuncture(or after 30min) before and after group comparison:①Electro-acupuncture points group:30min induced by electro-acupuncture, the electro-acupuncture points group pain threshold,SOD and other indicators than the electro-acupuncture significantly increased,MDA significantly decreased by the statistical processing,have a very significant difference(P<0.01 ); ②Electro-acupuncture by the non-acupoint group:30min induced by electro-acupuncture,the electro-acupuncture points by the non-SOD group higher than the electro-acupuncture before,there are significant differences(P<0.05 ),Pain threshold,MDA was no significant difference(P>0.05);③Normal control group:30min after the simultaneous detection of the normal pain threshold of the control group,SOD,MDA and other indicators,and 30min earlier,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)。Conclusions1.Electro-acupuncture points by 30min after the induction group,can si gnificantly increase the pain threshold of rats,suggesting that electro-acu puncture points has a significant analgesic effect.2.Electro-acupuncture points by electrical stimulation group,the serum significantly increased SOD content,MDA content significantly decrease d,indicating that electro-acupuncture in improving the pain threshold of rats on SOD,MDA content also has a very significant role in the reg ulation.
