Objective:To explore and study the effect of cross electro-nape-acupuncture on the recovery of coma rats with traumatic brain injury.Method:120 male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 200?250 g were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group.cross electroacupuncture treatment group and drug control group. The model of coma rats with brain injury was made by free falling body method, and the healthy SD rats were used to supplement the model. The cross electric acupuncture group was treated with "cross electric nape acupuncture".The points of bilateral Fengchi and Yifeng were needled, and the positive electrode of the same wire was connected with the same side Fengchi point, and the negative electrode was connected to the opposite side Yifeng point. The needle depth is about 5mm,the waveform selects the density wave, the current intensity is 0.3mA,and the 4H begins to treat after the model. The treatment time is 30min each time, and the treatment is 1 times every 12 hours. In the drug treatment group,Xingnaojing injection was injected intraperitoneally for 0.2 ml/kg.The model was treated 4 hours later and treated once every 12 hours. The model control group only made the model, the blank control group did not make the model and did not do the treatment. The model control group and the blank control group should grasp and bind the rats in the cross electro-nape-acupuncture treatment group in order to ensure the same treatment conditions. The rats in each group were assessed at 12h,24h and 48h,respectively,and the neurological function injury degree was evaluated. The content of DA5-HT in brain tissue of rats was measured immediately after the assessment. The experimental data were collected and the results were analyzed by statistical method.Results:1.Behavioral assessment and wakefulness in ratsAt 12 h,the number of wakefulness was 1 in model group,4 in cross electric needle group and 2 in drug group(P>0.05).At 24 hours, the number of wakefulness in the model group was 1,that in the cross electric acupuncture group was 7,and that in the drug group was 4.The results showed that the cross-electric acupuncture group was superior to the drug group and the model group(P<0.05).At 48 h,the number of wakefulness was 2 in the model group,8 in the cross electric acupuncture group and 5 in the drug group.2.Degree of neurological impairment scoreAt 12 h,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the three groups in improving the degree of nerve function injury at 12h.At 24h,the comparison between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference in the improvement of the nerve function damage in the three groups at 24h,and the cross electric needle group had statistical significance compared with the model group and the drug group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the drug group and the model group(P>0.05).Thus,it was concluded that 24h improved God.In terms of the degree of functional injury, the therapeutic effect was only by crossing the electric acupuncture group. At 48 h,there was significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05),which indicated that there was significant difference in improving the degree of nerve function injury between the three groups at 48 h.There were significant differences(P<0.01)between the drug group and the model group(P<0.05),and the difference between the cross electric acupuncture group and the drug group was more significant than that in the drug group. It was concluded that the effect of improving the degree of nerve function injury was improved at 48 h.The cross-electro-acupuncture group and the drug group were effective, and the cross-electro-acupuncture group was more effective.3.Comparison of DA content in rat brainThe DA content in the brain tissue of the rats in the model group was found to be on the rise after brain injury. The content of DA in brain tissue of rats was decreased in both the cross electric acupuncture group and the drug group, and there was significant difference between the cross electric item acupuncture group and the drug group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of 5-HT content in rat brainThe content of 5-HT in brain tissue of rats in the model group was observed at 12h?24h and 48h.It was found that the content of 5-HT in brain tissue increased after brain injury. The level of 5-HT in brain tissue of rats was decreased in both the cross electric acupuncture group and the drug group, and there was significant difference between the cross electric item acupuncture group and the drug group.Experimental conclusion:1.The crosselectro-nape-acupuncture has the effect of promoting the wake-up of the rats with traumatic brain injury.2.Compared with the model control group, the cross electro-nape-acupuncture group and the drug control group all played the role of promoting wakefulness, and the cross electro-nape-acupuncture group was better than the drug treatment group. The mechanism of cross-electroacupuncture in arousal is related to the regulation of DA-5-HT in brain tissue.
