| Objective：By researching the changes of the expression of AQP-4Bcl-2and Bax inrats by acupuncturing shuigou,we studied the effectiveness and mechanism ofacupuncturing shuigou which could cure ischemia stroke and could support moreconfidently evidences for practical work.Methods：100SD rats were divided into five groups randomly,which were modelgroup,Xing-nao-jing group(treatment group A),acupuncture group(treatment group B) andacupuncture+Xing-nao-jing group (treatment group C), sham operation group.The comamodels of ischemic injury were made with the method of modified four-blood-vessel–blockage.Different treatments were given to different groups to test the expression ofAQP-4mRNA Bcl-2mRNA and Bax mRNA in rats hippocampal.Results： The AQP-4mRNA expression levels of three treatment groups hadstatistically significant differences with sham operation group and modelgroup(P<0.05).Especially,the expression level of treatment group C was the lowestcompared with the other treatment groups(P<0.01).There were statistically significantdifferences between model group with the rest(P<0.05),especially with shamgroup(P<0.01).Without the sham group,there were statistically significant differences about Bcl-2mRNA expression level between treatment group C and the rest(P<0.05).Model group hadthe most statistically significant differences with sham operation group(P<0.01).The treatment group C’s expression level had statistically significant differenceswith model group and the other two treatment groups(P<0.05).There were statisticallysignificant differences between model group and the others(P<0.05).Conclusion：Acupuncturing shuigou could wake-promoting coma rats,and the methodof acupuncture with drug was more effective.The mechanism may be acupuncturingrestrained the expression of AQP-4mRNA to reduce cerebral edema;It may beacupuncturing stimulated the high expression of Bcl-2mRNA and restrained Bax mRNAto rescue nerve cells for wake-promoting coma rats. |
