Objective:To observe the effects on some inflammatory factors of ulcerative colitis(UC)rats after electro-acupuncturing different hole, compare the difference of therapeutic effect of "Tianshu" "Shangjushu", "Dachangshu",explore comparative research of the main treating functional syeterm of tpart specific hole relative to the large intestine internal organs,provide experimental grounds for adapting the specific correlated hole treating large intestine internal organs in clinic.Method:40 male Wistarbig white mouse were randomly divided into 5 groups:8 in the Normal group,8 in the model group,8 in the "Tianshu" group,8 in the "Shangjushu" group," 8 in the "Dachangshu" group.Observe colon shape and changing content of NO,MDA,TNF-alpha,IL-6,IL-10 in blood serum after electro-acupuncturing.Results: 1.The histomorphology index of UC rats:the colon mucosa of blank group was smooth,while the colon mucosa of model group was erodional with ulcers;the colon mucosa wad repaired in all treat groups,but the "Tianshu" group had the significant repairing effects,compared with model group(P<0.01).The difference between treating groups:"Tianshu" group had the significant repairing effects,comparing with Dachangshu group(P<0.01).2.The content of NO in serum of UC rat:①The content of NO in serum of each group was lower significantly comparing with model group(P<0.01).②Compared Tianshu group with other treating groups, NO content in serum of other treat groups were increased significantly: "Dachangxu" group(P<0.01),"Shangjuxu" group(P<0.05).Compared Dachangxu group with Shangjuxu group,NO content in serum of later was obviously lower(P<0.05).3.The content of MDA in serum of UC rat:①The content of MDA in serum of "Shangjuxu" group and Tianshu group was decreased significantly comparing with model group(P<0.01),②Compared with Tianshu group,MDA activity in serum of other treating groups were increased significantly."Dachangxu" group have statistic significance (P<0.01).4.The content of TNF-a in serum of UC rat:①The content of MDA in serum of "Shangjuxu" group and Tianshu group was decreased significantly comparing with model group(P<0.01),Dachangshu group was decreased comparing with model group(P<0.05)。②No distinct difference between model group and "Dachangxu" group.(P>0.05) compared with Tianshu group,TNF-a activity in serum of other treating groups were increased significantly."Dachangxu" group have statistic significance(P<0.01),"Shangjuxu" group has statistic significance(P>0.05)."Shangjuxu" group was decreased,compared with "Dachangxu" group(P>0.05).5.The content of IL-6 in serum of UC rat:①The content of IL-6 in serum of treat groups was decreased significantly comparing with model group(P<0.01),②IL-6 activity in serum of other treat groups were increased significantly."Dachangxu" group have statistic significance(P<0.01),"Shangjuxu" group has statistic significance(P<0.05)."Dachangxu" group have no statistic significance comparing with "Shangjuxu" group.6.The content of IL-10 in serum of UC rat:①The content of IL-10 in serum of each treat groups was increased significantly comparing with model group(P<0.01).②The content of IL-10 in serum of other treat groups were decreased significantly comparing with Tianshu group. "Dachangxu" group have very statistic significance(P<0.01). "Shangjuxu" group have statistic significance comparing with "Dachangxu" group(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.There were therapeutic effect on UC rats in "Tianshu","Shangjushu","Dachangshu" group.2.The "Tianshu" had the best effects comparing with"Tianshu","Shangjushu","Dachangshu".The explanation"Tianshu".Experiment conclusion indicated that different therapeutic effect exsited in "Tianshu","Shangjushu" and "Dachangshu" treating the large intestine internal organs."Tianshu" was the fist choice in treating the large intestine internal organs sicked.
