The Clinical Observation Of The Treatment In Dialysis Patient With Pruritus To Urimia Who Were Treated With Niaduqing Particles And Pulso Dose1,25（OH）₂D₃

Objective20cases of dialysis patient with pruritus who were treated with drug therapy:Niaduqing Particles and Pulso dose1,25(OH)2D3, combination with therapy of HD,Observe the curative effect and the economic benefits.They were compared with another group who accepted the treatment of HDand HP.Both these two groups’Cntrol group was with commom HD therapy of21cases.Methods①Group of Drug Therapy were20cases who were given Niaduqing Particles and Pulso dose1,25(OH)2D3, combination with therapy of HD;②Group of Artificial Kidney Combined were20cases who were given therapy of HD and HP;③Group of Commom Hemodialysis were given therapy of HD only with21cases.Observe the curative effect, the integral of TCM Symptoms and the economic benefits.Results Group1and Group2both had a good curative effect,there were no significant differences between these two groups(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in economic benefits compared with group2(P<0.05).Conclusion There were effectively improments in easing dialysis patients’symptom of pruritus,inhibiting their hyperparathy roidism,redusing the integral of TCM Symptoms,improving the quality of life,and there were certain economic benefits.
