Clinical Efficacy Observation On Treatment Of Diabetic Skin Pruritus With Tiaogan Lipi Method

Objective:This study is based on the etiology of this disease,injury to the soil,emotional,involving liver and liver,liver and spleen is not adjusted,soil deficiency and sputum,blood deficiency and wind dryness caused by the use of liver and spleen method To observe the clinical efficacy of diabetic pruritus(Blood Deficiency Syndrome),to explore the effectiveness of Tiaogan Lipi method in the treatment of diabetic pruritus.Methods: Randomized and controlled clinical observation methods were used.The patients were all from the dermatology and endocrinology clinics and inpatient departments of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 20 to January 1919.They were consistent with diabetic pruritus(blood deficiency and wind-dryness syndrome).The inclusion criteria,including 68 patients who met the study conditions,were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely,35 in the experimental group and 33 in the control group.The two groups were treated with basic diabetes treatment.The experimental group used the method of regulating liver and regulating the spleen,and was given orally to Siwu Xiaoyao San.The control group was given loratadine tablets orally.The patients in each group were observed before,during and after treatment.Blood glucose index,skin itching symptoms,physical signs score,diabetes TCM syndrome score,diabetes TCM syndrome effect,skin itching symptoms,physical symptoms,etc.,were followed up after 2 weeks of treatment,and the changes of related indicators were recorded.Result:This clinical study included 68 patients,35 patients in the experimental group and 33 patients in the control group.The gender,age,vital signs,course of disease,pre-treatment blood glucose index,skin itching symptoms and diabetes TCM syndrome scores were not significantly different.The difference(P>0.05)was comparable.Comparing the curative effects of the two groups,the total effective rate of the symptoms of diabetic pruritus and signs and diabetes TCM syndromes was significantly better than that of the control group.Statistical analysis showed significant difference(P<0.05).The symptoms and signs of skin itching and the scores of TCM syndromes in diabetes were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).During the treatment,the patient's compliance was good,and the blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function tests were all within the normal clinical range,and there was no significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:The method of regulating liver and regulating spleen is an effective method for the treatment of diabetic pruritus(blood deficiency and wind-drying type).Based on this method,the four substances of Siwu Xiaoyao San Powder are used to treat diabetic pruritus(blood deficiency wind).The effective prescription of dry syndrome is safe and reliable,and the recurrence rate is small.It can be promoted and used clinically on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
