| Objective:To investigate the treatment of chronic ephedra side particulatecold urticaria clinical efficacy.Methods:1.Clinical dataSubjects are from March2011to December2012, HeilongjiangProvince Academy of TCM dermatology clinic, cold urticaria meetdiagnostic criteria, a total of68cases. A randomized controlledprinciple,68patients were divided into experimental group and thecontrol group, two groups in age, gender, disease duration andseverity of the disease before treatment, no significant differencebetween comparable (P>0.05).2. TreatmentExperimental group taking ephedra side granules: Ephedra twobags, Guizhi a bag,2bags of dried ginger skin, white silkworm a bag,duckweed a bag, a bag of Tribulus terrestris, Dictamni two bags, onebag of licorice, fine Sim1bag,2bags of wind, Nepeta a bag, a bagof angelica, astragalus two bags, warm water for half an hourmorning and evening meal, day one. From Heilongjiang ProvincialAcademy of TCM herbs bureau. Control group taking cetirizinehydrochloride (English name: cetirizine, by the LivzonPharmaceutical Factory, production, Zhunzi H20000245), oral, once10mg, once daily.Results:Treatment efficacy was observed two weeks, the data show: theexperimental group were cured in8cases,12cases markedly effective in9cases,5cases, the total efficiency of85.29%; eightcases of the control group were cured,10cases markedly effective,7cases,9cases, the total efficiency of73.53%. Two statisticalsignificant difference (P <0.05).Treatment of a number of clinical efficacy observed month,data showed: the experimental group were cured13cases,12casesmarkedly effective in7cases,2cases, the total efficiency of94.12%;control group,10cases were cured,10cases markedly effective6cases,8cases, the total efficiency76.47%. Two statistical significantdifference (P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Ephedra side granules cold urticaria treatment efficiencyhigher.2.Granules using ephedra side cold urticaria treatment isclinically effective treatment methods, and high security. |
