Clinical Research On New Ephedra Prescription To Treat Children’s Cough Caused By Cold Outside-heat Inside Evil

ObjectiveResearch curative effect of new ephedra prescription on children’s cough caused by cold outside-heat inside evil, enrich the theory of simultaneous syndrome occurrence of cold and heat evil.MethodsCollected a total of 120 children with cough caused by Cold outside-heat inside evil,who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital In November 2014-February 2015. Then divided the 120 children Collected into tested group of 60 and control group of 60.The tested group of 60 were given the treatment of new ephedra prescription,at the same time, the control group of 60 were given the yintingqingfei syrup. After a treatment period of 7 days, compared the efficacy between the control group and the control group.ResultsAs the result,1 case was ruled out from the control group,59 cases had been brought into analysis of control group,the tested group had no losser, so total 60 cases attended the analysis. To the tested group, the total efficacy rate was 97%(58 cases), the recovery rate was 57%(34 cases), the significant efficacy rate was 30%(18 cases), the efficacy rate was 10%(6 cases), the inefficiency rate was 3% (2 cases); To the control group, the total efficacy rate was 88%(52 cases), the recovery rate was 32%(19 cases), the significant efficacy rate was 24%(14 cases), the efficacy rate was 32%(19 cases), the inefficiency rate was 12%(7 cases). Through comparative analysis , the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group, the result was statistically significant (P<0.05); As a result of comparing the aspect of individual symptoms, the two groups had no significant difference at red throa、stool stem node belong to minor symptoms(P> 0.05), but in terms of cough、phlegm belong to main symptoms and white coating on the tongue、sneezing、cleaning stuff belong to minor symptoms, the tested term significantly had better efficacy than control group((P<0.01)),and also had better efficacy than control group in terms of Yellow sputum、red tongue belong to minor symptoms (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of new ephedra prescription on children’s cough caused by cold outside-heat inside evil was effective、safe and without side effects.
