The Clinical Study On Efficacy About Ningqianling In The Treatment Of Cold Urticaria

Objective.To observe the clinical efficacy of Ning Qian Ling(NQL) decoction in the treatment of acute cold urticariaMethods:Divided 95 cases of acute cold uticaria patients into two groups according to the different treatment.48 cases of group A was treated with NQL;47 cases of group B was treated with ebastin.The change of itch level,the number and size of wheal,SSRI and recurrence rate in two group with prior treatment and post treatment was observed.Results:①The totol effective rate of group A and B respectively were 40(83.33%) and 34(72.34%).There was no statistically significant difference on total effective rate between two groups(P=0.27＞0.01).②The signifieant dieffrence about the integral of symptoms shown statistically before and after treatment in all groups(P＜0.01).③There was a significance difference on cut down the recurrence rate between NQL and ebastin(P＜0.05).Conclusion:NQL and ebastin are both effective treatments to acute cold urtiearia.Moreover,NQL is superior to ebastin in the clinical effectiveness.
