Study On The Constitution, Characteristics Of Syndrome Element And Related Factors Of Primary Hyperlipidemia

Objective:Through theoretical and clinical study review of primary hyperlipidemia; on patients with primary hyperlipidemia syndrome element characteristics, and miscellaneous rules and gender, physique, the relationship between age, provides the reference for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of primary hyperlipidemia.Methods:Using the method of differentiation of syndrome, were investigated in497cases of primary hyperlipidemia syndrome characteristics and related factors.Result:1.The disease distribution of constitution,Qi deficiency in108cases,accounting for21.70%, Yang deficiency in second,there were96cases,accounting for19.30%, is higher than that of other physical.2.Seen from the relationship between constitution and gender,a higher proportion of males in the Qi deficiency, Yang deficiency,heat,a higher proportion of women in the Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,Qi quality,different genders for the predisposition of primary hyperlipidemia,male is Qi deficiency, and the woman is dominated by Yang deficiency.3.The characteristics of this disease syndromes distribution, common syndrome element of liver,kidney,spleen,lung,stomach,and gall,seven syndrome element of liver,kidney,the frequency is the largest,followed by spleen.Syndrome of common element is phlegm,wet,heat,Qi deficiency,blood stasis,qi stagnation,blood deficiency,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency, hyperactivity of Yang10nm23. The highest frequency of the sputum,followed by wet.Heat the frequency is very high.4.The disease syndrome and gender,women syndrome element of liver than men,more male renal deficiency was significantly higher than that in female,male and female,qi stagnation is far greater than the male.5.The disease syndrome and age, youth group is wet,hot,wet,heat the middle-aged group not only more,sputum occurrence frequency is high,while the older group is Yin more,phlegm,heat is also slightly higher than other syndrome elements.6,The relationship between syndrome and constitution,Qi deficiency syndrome element is nore in wet,heat,Yang deficiency is more this Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and dampness,the blood stasis and heat are more wet,phlegm,qi stagnation were wet,heat and yang deficiency,yin deficiency is higher than the other,phlegm-dampness,yin deficiency of peace and matter are all heat was obviously higher than that of other.Conclusions:1.Qi deficiency and yang deficiency are risk factors for the disease.2.Different genders for the predisposition of primary hyperlipidemia, male is Qi deficiency, and the woman is dominated by Yang deficiency;and on the physical effects of the disease in terms of age is not.3.Liver, kidney,spleen is the main disease of primary hyperlipidemia,phlegm,dampness,heat is the main real venereal certificate of primary hyperlipemia,Qi deficiency syndrome is the main disease of primary hyperlipemia hormone.4.Primary hyperlipidemia patients with liver stagnation of Qi,women than men,and women "the liver is the congenital","women’s indignant times related to man."5.Primary hyperlipidemia in different ages have wet,heat,after the middle-aged have phlegm syndrome,the elderly to yin deficiency,and this is about the physiological function of the human body.6.Different constitution also have different syndrome elements,But mainly phlegm,wet,heat three majority.
