Study On The CRF And Distribution Of Constitution In TCM Of Middle-aged Patients With Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To provide a theoretical basis for the selection of appropriate exercise modes for exercise therapy by cardiopulmonary exercise test in middle-aged patients with hyperlipidemia.The constitution of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in middle-aged patients with hyperlipidemia was investigated by TCM judgment and analysis,and to provide a theoretical basis for the healthy recovery of hyperlipidemia in TCM.Methods:The research objects were collected From the physical examination of the Second People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and screened by the diagnostic criteria of hyperlipidemia,inclusion and exclusion criteria.The subjects were evaluated by Cardiopulmonary Exercise Test and?Constitution in Cinese Medicine Questionnaire?.Finally,count the level of Cardiorespiratory fitness(CRF)of the objects and the constitution of TCM,and then analyse the relationship between CRF and the constitution of TCM.Result:1.A total of 360 subjects were collected,198 males and 162 females.Male to female ratio of 1.22:1.There was no statistically significant difference in gender and age.2.The constitution of TCM distribution in Hyperlipidemia patients:Balanced type>Y ang-deficiency type>Qi-deficiency type>Blood-stegnant type>Qi-stagnant type=damp-heat type>Yin-deficiency type>Phlegm-dampness type>Normal and allergic type.There was a significant difference in the constitution ratio(P<0.05).The composition of constitution in TCM is different between male and female.The proportion of men in damp-heat type is more than women,while the proportion of women in yin-deficiency type and blood-stasis type is higher than men.3.Compare the constitution of TCM and lipid composition,the order of constitution in TCM is:Normal and allergic type>Blood-stagnant type>Yin-deficient type>Qi-stagnant type>Phlegm-dampness type>Yang-deficient type>Balanced type>Qi-deficient type>Damp-heat type.(P<0.05);The order in TG:Yin-deficient type>Normal and allergic type>Phlegm-dampness type>Qi-stagnant type>Qi-deficient type>Yang-deficient type>Blood-stagnant type>Balanced type(P>0.05).However,there was no significant differences in the levels of nine constitution,TG in Yin-deficient type is the highest level and theBalanced type is the lowest.There was significant difference the level of TG in Yin-deficient type,Normal and allergic type and Phlegm-dampness type compared with Balanced type.The order in HDL:Blood-stagnant type>Damp-heat type>Normal and allergic type>Yang-deficient type>Qi-stagnant type>Qi-deficient type>Phlegm-dampness type>Balanced type>Yin-deficient type.There was significant difference between the nine groups(P>0.05).But there was significant difference the level of HDL in Blood-stagnant type and Damp-heat type compared with Balanced type.(P<0.05).LDL level:Normal and allergic type>Yin-deficient type>Blood-stagnant type>Qi-stagnant type>Phlegm-dampness type>Balanced type>Yang-deficient type>Qi-deficient type>Damp-heat type.There was significant difference between the nine groups the level of LDL(P<0.05).LDL in Normal and allergic type is the highest level and the Damp-heat type is the lowest.There was significant difference the level of LDL in Normal and allergic type,Blood-stagnant type and Yin-deficient type compared with Balanced type.(P<0.05).4.The distribution of CRF in patients with hyperlipidemia:weak group>good group>general group>very weak group>excellent group.The distribution of the very weak group,weak group and general group accounted for 66.94%of the subjects,while the good group and the excellent group were 33.06%of the subjects.5.Distribution of lipid index in different CRF rank:level of TG:Weak group>Good group>General group>Excellent group>Very weak group;level of TC:Good group>Excellent group>Weak group>General group>Very weak group;level of HDL:Excellent group>Good group>General group>Weak group>Very weak group;level of LDL:Good group>Excellent group>Weak group>General group>Very weak group.The indicators of blood lipids were associated with CRF,TG was negative correlation,while the others showed a certain positive correlation.6.The level of CRF in patients with hyperlipidemia in middle-age was correlated with the constitution of TCM.The level of CRF with Balanced type is higher than that of biased constitution.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Yang-deficient type,qi-deficient type and blood-stagnant type is the mainly biased constitution in middle-aged patients with hyperlipidemia.People with hyperlipidemia should be avoided for a long time to stay in the air-conditioned room and eating cold food in summer to prevent increasing the weight of Yang-deficient or Qi-deficient constitution.Women should pay attention to regulate emotions and men try to quit alcohol and smoking and change bad habits as far as possible.2.CRF in middle-aged patients with hyperlipidemia is generally low,the lipid index can be make better if one's CRF level improved:HDL rise and TG reduce.When one try to make blood lipid beter through exercise,a more moderate sport such as the traditional exercises Tai Chi,Ba Duan Jin may be more suitable for patients with hyperlipidemia.
