Objective:The clinical data of 312 cases of primary hyperlipidemia patients were collected, the statistical analysis of the distribution of TCM constitution characteristicsandblood lipid of patients, further analysis of TCM Constitution Types and clinical indexes(gender, age, body mass index and blood lipid index BMI)relationship, find a correlation between TCM Constitution Types and clinical objective indexes the clinical indexes, identify TCM type of constitution,at the same time, provide the basis for clinical treatment of primary hyperlipidemia with TCM Constitution characteristics. Methods: 1.By using questionnaire, objective indicators of 312 cases of primary hyperlipidemia patients were collected, including gender, age, body mass index and blood lipid index: BMI TC(total cholesterol),TG(triglyceride),HDL-C(high density lipoprotein),LDL-C(low density lipoprotein);according to the "Chinese constitution classification and decision making" and "60 questions" survey of TCM Constitution questionnaire, patients were divided into 9 kinds of physical types, namely gentleness,Qi deficiency,qi stagnation, damp heat, phlegm,Yang deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis, intrinsic quality.2.Statistics: clinical objective index of TCM constitutions, the distribution characteristics of patients with primary hyperlipidemia with constituent ratio, mean standard deviation description;correlation study of primary hyperlipidemia in TCM Constitution and objective index by two yuan logistic multivariate regression analysis. All data using SPSS 22 statistical software for statistical processing. Results: 1.cases of patients with primary hyperlipidemia in women with more than 174 cases of male patients, and the average TG value of the female was1.69±1.05 significantly lower than the male 2.23±1.36,and P < 0.01,with statistical significance.2.of them, the minimum age of 23 years old,the maximum age of years old,the average age of years old,41-65 years old patients accounted for 72.11%;the age of patients in TC,HDL-C comparison of P < 0.05,with statistical significance.3.BMI light and normal group accounted for 54.49%,overweight and obesity group accounted for 45.51%,the difference was not significant, while the BMI group in TG,HDL-C comparison of P < 0.01,with statistical significance.4.92 cases of 4 type and quality of TCM Constitution medium(29.49%);the biased constitution in 220 cases: 51 cases of Yang deficiency and dampness heat in 34 cases,33 cases of qi deficiency and phlegm dampness in 26 cases,26 cases of yin deficiency,qi stagnation, blood stasis and 25 cases of 21 cases,4 cases of intrinsic quality.5.TCM Constitution in gender, age,BMI comparison,P < 0.05,with statistical significance.Biased Constitution: the quality of female Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency is more, the quality of the male Yang deficiency, damp heat is the majority, and the number of women in the blood stasis is significantly more than men.In the 18-40 years old group: Qi stagnation was the highest,41-65 years old group of the top three: flat quality,Yang deficiency, damp and hot;66-80 years old group: Yang deficiency, yin deficiency quality see more.BMI light group Zhongyang ectoplasm;normal group and medium quality much see overweight group;Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency more common in obese group;three: Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency, phlegm dampness.6.Association of primary hyperlipidemia in TCM Constitution and objective index: correlation with gentleness and TG,LDL-C,OR values were 0.565,0.445;correlation with Qi deficiency and TC,BMI,TC,BMI value is more likely to form Qi deficiency is higher;the quality and age of Qi closely related. The possibility of the older form Qi stagnation is smaller;damp heat with TC,TG,BMI and LDL-C have correlation,OR = 0.259,3.164,5.420,0.843;correlation between phlegm dampness and BMI,OR value 1.227;blood stasis and gender is closely related to blood stasis formed in men than in women the odds ratio was 0.164;Yang deficiency is closely related with LDC-C,OR value 2.384;Yin deficiency is associated with age,BMI and TC.Conclusion: 1.of the patients with primary hyperlipidemia, male patients were less than women, but the TG value was higher than that of women. The age was mainly concentrated in 41-65 years old,the mean value of TC increased with age, while HDL-C increased firstly and then decreased.BMI overweight and obesity group accounted for 45.51%,and the TG value was significantly higher than the light group, the normal group, while the HDL-C value was lower than the light group, the normal group.2.types of primary hyperlipidemia in traditional Chinese medicine, the level of quality in 92 cases, biased constitution in the case of: Yang deficiency, damp heat,Qi deficiency, the top three in the top 220.Gender,age,BMI were physical factors: Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency is more common in elderly patients;damp heat is more common in middle-aged male patients;Qi deficiency andBlood stasis syndromeis more common in female patients;Qi stagnation is more common in young patients;phlegm in BMI overweight and obesity.3.study on the correlation between TCM Constitution Types and objective indexes: women are more likely to form blood stasis than men.The older the more easily the formation of yin deficiency is not easy to form Qi stagnation. The higher the BMI,the more likely the formation of qi deficiency and phlegm dampness, and the smaller the possibility of the formation of damp heat and Yin deficiency. The increase of TC causes the formation of qi deficiency and yin deficiency, and the probability of formation of damp and heat is decreased. The increase of TG and LDL-C can increase the probability of formation of hot and humid matter, and reduce the formation of the flat,.The pure LDL-C increase will make the formation of Yang deficiency rate increased.
