OBJECTIVE: By analyzing the difference between the tongue picture characteristic parameters of the patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia in Changsha area and the tongue picture characteristic parameters of healthy people,and the correlation between the syndrome elements and the tongue picture characteristic parameters,the Changsha area type 2 is revealed Diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia have different syndrome types and the correlation between syndrome elements and tongue parameters,in order to provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia.Methods: Firstly,550 patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia in the inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to July 2020 were collected using the TFDA-1 tongue and face diagnosis instrument developed by Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.And from July 2020 to November 2020,114 healthy people's tongue pictures in the Physical Examination Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Then,the Chinese Medicine Diagnostic Information Intelligent Processing Laboratory of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine analyzes the corresponding characteristic parameters through the analysis software(TDAS2.0);the syndrome element extraction adopts the TCM(assisted)diagnosis and treatment system(version 10.0),Enter the basic information in the selected case and the four clinical diagnosis information of Chinese medicine,and the system obtains the corresponding dialectical elements through weighted and floating threshold calculations.Finally,use SPSS23.0statistical software to perform statistical analysis to compare the difference between the tongue texture and tongue coating characteristic parameters of patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia and the tongue coating parameters of healthy people.Patients with type 2 diabetes and hyperlipidemia The difference of tongue quality and tongue coating characteristic parameters among different syndrome types;the heat-shengjin injury group were significantly increased(P<0.01),zhiClrCr was significantly increased(P<0.05),and zhiClrB,zhiClrH,and zhiClrCb were significantly decreased(P<0.01);tongue coating color characteristic parameters taiClrS and taiClrLb were significantly increased(P<0.01),taiClrCr was significantly increased(P<0.05),taiClrG,taiClrB,taiClrI,taiClrY,and taiClrCb were all significantly decreased(P<0.01),taiClrH,taiClrL All significantly decreased(P<0.05);the characteristic parameter per All of tongue coating thickness significantly decreased(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the healthy group,the tongue color characteristic parameters zhiClrR and zhiClrLb in the damp-heat accumulation syndrome group were significantly increased(P<0.05),zhiClrH was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and zhiClrCb was significantly decreased(P<0.05);the tongue coating color characteristic parameter taiClrLb was significant significantly increased(P<0.01),taiClrH,taiClrLa were significantly decreased(P<0.01),taiClrCb significantly decreased(P<0.05);tongue texture characteristic parameters zhiASM significantly decreased(P<0.01),zhiENT significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the healthy group,the tongue color characteristic parameter zhiClrLb in the Qi and Yin deficiency group was significantly increased(P<0.01),zhiClrB,zhiClrH,zhiClrI,zhiClrY,and zhiClrCb were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and zhiClrG and zhiClrL were both significantly decreased(P<0.05);the color characteristic parameters taiClrS and taiClrLb of the tongue coating were significantly increased(P<0.01),and taiClrG,taiClrB,taiClrH,taiClrI,taiClrL,taiClrY,and taiClrCb were all significantly decreased(P<0.01).(4)Compared with the healthy group,the tongue color characteristic parameters zhiClrLa,zhiClrLb,and zhiClrCr in the liver and kidney yin deficiency group were significantly increased(P<0.01),and zhiClrG,zhiClrB,zhiClrI,zhiClrL,zhiClrY,and zhiClrCb were significantly decreased(P<0.01),Zhi Clr H significantly decreased(P<0.05);tongue coating color characteristic parameters taiClrS,taiClrLb were significantly increased(P<0.01),taiClrCr significantly increased(P<0.05),taiClrG,taiClrB,taiClrH,taiClrI,taiClrY,taiClrCb were all significantly decreased(P<0.01),taiClrL significantly decreased(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of tongue color characteristic parameters in heat-shengjin-surgery syndrome group compared with damp-heat accumulation syndrome group among different syndrome groups zhiClrCr significantly increased(P<0.01),zhiClrLa significantly group(P<0.01),and zhiClrI,zhiClrL,and zhiClrY all significantly increased(P<0.05),zhiClrCb significantly decreased(P<0.05);taiClrB significantly increased significantly(P<0.01),taiClrG,taiClrI,taiClrL,and taiClrY significantly increased(P<0.05);compared with liver and kidney in the damp-heat accumulation group In the Yin deficiency group,zhiClrG,zhiClrB,zhiClrL,and zhiClrY were all significantly increased(P<0.05),zhiClrLa and zhiClrCr were all significantly decreased(P<0.05);taiClrLa and taiClrCr were all significantly image parameters showed that kidney syndrome elements were negatively correlated with tongue image characteristic parameters zhiClrR and zhiClrH(P<0.01);blood deficiency syndrome elements and tongue image characteristic parameters taiClrG,taiClrB,taiClrI,taiClrL,taiClrY Positive correlation(P<0.05),negative correlation with zhiClrLa,zhiClrCr,taiClrLa,and taiClrCr(P<0.05);Qi-deficiency factor and tongue characteristic parameters taiCon,zhiMEAN,taiENT,taiMEAN were positively correlated(P<0.05),negatively correlated with zhiClrCb,zhiASM,and taiClrCb(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia generally presents red tongue,dull and dull tongue,yellow tongue coating,and little coating.The syndrome of heat-shengjin injury showed red tongue,yellow coating,and little coating;the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation showed red tongue with rough texture and yellow coating.Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome and Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome In type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia,the overall tongue coating tends to be slightly yellowish.The Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome presents dim tongue;the liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome presents red tongue and tongue.The body is dull and dull.(2)Analysis of the correlation between syndrome factors and tongue picture parameters shows that the higher the blood deficiency syndrome factor score,the more obvious the tongue is pale and the white coating;the higher the Qi deficiency syndrome factor score,the more obvious the rough tongue and tongue coating;the higher the kidney syndrome factor score,The faint tongue is more obvious.
