Objective:To study on the effect of modified HuangZhu mixture decoction on the plasmas levels of IgG and complement C3that from anal fistula postoperative patients with damp-heat pouring downward.Significance:HuangZhu mixture decoction is applied to damp anal fistula patients, it aims to promote of anal fistula Wound healing by strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi. It is regarded a starting point to Observe the impact of the humoral immune factors IgG and complement C3.From the immunological perspective to provide clinical trials data for HuangZhu mixture decoction promote wound healing anal fistula. At the same time to provide the theoretical basis and experimental support In immune regulation mechanism Internal mechanism the Internal mechanism. Also to explore traditional Chinese medicine to promote wound healing mechanism provides the reference at the microbial molecular’s level. Methods:Randomly divide60subjects into treatment group and control group, those who met the inclusion criteria. The control group was only given conventional postoperative dressing treatment, On the basis of the conventional postoperative dressing treatment, the modified HuangZhu mixture decoction was added in treatment group. A dose of daily, take10days continuously. The serum levels of IgG and complement C3were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Through clinical determination, observing and comparing the effect of modified HuangZhu mixture decoction on the serum IgG (immunoglobulin G) and complement C3that from anal fistula postoperative patients. At the same time the wound healing time were compared between the two groups. Results:The result of completion of the study cases were60cases, the treatment group (N=30) and the control group (N=30). Two groups of patients’sex, age, serum IgG and complement C3before treatment such as a balanced comparison, no statistically difference between the two groups agreed baseline. The two groups were comparable. The results analyzed as follows: (1) Serum IgG:two groups of preoperative and postoperative fluctuations (i.e. difference) have significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group decreased less than that of the control group.(2) Complement C3:two groups of preoperative and postoperative fluctuations (i.e. difference) have significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group rise higher than that of control group.(3) The total curative effect and the time of wound healing:The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was100%, the control group too. There was no statistically significant difference of two groups in total efficacy (P>0.05).The average wound healing time of the treatment group was21.50days, and the control group was26.93days. The average wound healing time of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group was shorter than the control group.(4) Adverse reaction:There is no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment. Conclusion:Modified HuangZhu mixture decoction can narrow the decrease of serum IgG (immunoglobulin G) and enlarge the increase of the complement C3,which shortening wound healing time, thereby promoting wound healing. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment, which indicates it is a safe and effective external fumigation and washing prescription.
