Clinical Observation On Energy Balance Therapy Combined With Rehabilitation Training For The Treatment Of Spasticity Recovery Of Stroke Hemiplegia

Objective:To observe the energy balance therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy for stroke hemiplegia, the clinical curative effect of spasticity.Method:Conformed to the stroke hemiplegia spasticity of40patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group (n=20). Treatment group was treated by energy balance therapy combined with rehabilitation training, Control group treated by simple rehabilitation training, two groups of treatment of rehabilitation training in the same way.Both groups according to the nerve recovery branch medication on a regular basis, respectively before and after4courses of treatment using the neural function defect scale, modified Ashworth muscle cramps rating scale and the Barthel index score was performed.Result:The two sets of nerve function loss improved in varying degrees, the two groups, the treatment group than the control group (P＜0.05)2. Spasticity of the two groups of patients were improved in the two groups, the treatment group than the control group (P＜0.05);3.The two groups of patients with activities of daily living improved in varying degrees, in the two groups, the treatment group than the control group (P＜0.05)Conclusion:The enery balance therapy combined with the rehabilitation training in the treatment of hemiplegia spasticity has more effective than simple rehabilitation training.
