Eye Needle Combined With Rehabilitation Training Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegia

Purpose：By observe the clinical curative effects of eye acupuncture therapycombined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of ischemic strokehemiplegia,analyse the impacts of eye acupuncture therapy with rehabilitationtraining combined on ischemic stroke patients,which include motor function oflimbs,the degree of neural function defect and activity of dailylife,investigate the theoretic basis of eye acupuncture therapy,rehabilitationtraining in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia,and the grateimportantce to combined with,offer remarkable curative effect treatment optionsfor stroke patients.Method：Using a randomized controlled methed,60patients met the inclusioncriteria stroke patients were divided into two groups: observational group andcontrol group.The two groups are based on routine medicine therapy,observational group using eye acupuncture therapy, the main acupoints are liverarea and kidney area,combined with modern rehabilitation training，the controlgroup only with rehabilitation training.All patients are treated daily1time,14days are1treatment course,before the start of treatment and after treatmentfor two groups of patients using neurological deficit scores,simplifiedFugl-Meyer motorscale and activities of daily living(ADL)scale(Barthelindex)scores are compared，to evaluate the clinical effect.Using self-reflectionmethods,observe the observational group three times before and after acupuncturetreatment with30minutes that the immediate muscle of patients.According tothe manual muscle test method standard of muscle strength grade records,evaluatethe immediate effect of eye acupuncture therapy.Results：1.In the clinical neurological defect rating scale,the observational group andcontrol group before and after treatment with significant differences, the observational group and control group after treatment，the nerve function defectratings have significant differences.2.In daily life activities(ADL)scale(Barthel index)scores,the observationalgroup and control group before treatment and after treatment with significantdifferences,the observational group and the control group aftertreatment,activities of daily living(ADL)scale(Barthel index)scores havesignificant differences.3.In simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function scores, the observational groupand control group before treatment and after treatment with significantdifferences, the observational group and control group aftertreatment,simplified Fugl-Meyer movement function scores have significantdifferences.4.The observational group three eye of needle before treatment and aftertreatment of immediate muscle strength are improved.First the effective rateis90％；the second time the effective rate is86.67％；the third time the effectiverate is93.3％.5.The observational group and control group movement function after treatmentsignificantly improves,the observational group total effectiveness is higherthan the control group.In the observational group,less than a month of patientsimprove movement function is higher than the three to six months of patients,with a great difference between them.Conclusion：1.Eye acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training in aspect ofimproving neural function defect is better than pure rehabilitation training,caneffectively improve the clinical symptoms of nerve function defect,to promotethe recovery of neural function.2.Eye acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training in aspect ofimproving movement function is better than pure rehabilitation training, topromote the recovery of motor function of the trouble side limb. 3.Eye acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training in aspect ofimproving the activities of daily living ability is better than purerehabilitation training group,can help patients improve their ability of dailyliving and quality of life,to speed up the recovery process.4.Eye of the needle therapy in patients ischemic stroke hemiplegia musclestrength recovery has significantly immediate effect.5.Eye acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training to ischemicstroke patients with motor function hemiplegia improve and course related,theshorter the course,the better the clinical curative effect.Early use of Eyeacupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment ofischemic apoplexy can enhance the curative effect,shorten the duration ofsymptoms.
