Objective:To observe by the quanjing acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training clinical efficacy of treatment convalescent the stroke hemiplegia movement dysfunction.Method:Will be included in the standard of60patients with recovery of stroke hemiplegia movement disorders were randomly divided into treatment group30cases and control group30cases. Two groups of patients were given the basis of general treatment, treatment group using the quanjing acupuncture therapy combined with rehabilitation training, control group treated by simple rehabilitation training. After treatment of3period of treatment, the Fugl-Meyer movement function score method, the Barthel Index score and Stroke disease indicators for diagnosis standard score,contrast observed two groups of patients with motor function, improve the situation of daily life activities ability and clinical curative effect.Result:Clinical observations indicate that the treatment group and the control group of patients with Fugl-Meyer motor scores and activities of daily living after treatment compared with before treatment showed a significant difference (P<0.05).Score of Fugl-Meyer motor function and activities of daily living in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the treatment group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The quanjing acupuncture therapy combined with the rehabilitation training treatment of convalescent the stroke hemiplegia movement dysfunction than rehabilitation training alone has more effective.
