Zengyexingqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation That Jin Kui Bowel Dryness And Qi Zhi Stagnation Syndrome Clinical Observation

Objective:To observation Zengyexingqi Decoetion in the treatment of Functional constipation that Jin kui bowel dryness and qi zhi stagnation clinical efficacy and safety.Method:The60patients, who belong to the functional constipation of bowel dryness and qi zhi stagnation syndrome diagnostic, ared randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group has30cases. The treatment group was given zengyexingqi decoction,the control group was given maren pills, both groups use14days. The two groups were observed TCM symptom curative effect and safety.Results:1.The total curative effect of two groups of diseases, the treatment group,the total effective rate is90.0%, the control group total effective rate is86.7%, there is no statistically significant difference in the two groups (P>0.05).2. In the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect, the treatment group and the control group both can effectively improve the patient’s symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, the total effective rate of treatment group is93.3%,the total effective rate of control group is76.7%, two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).It shows that the treatment group is better on the improving the patient’s symptoms of TCM.3.In improving the time of defecation interval, dry mouth, abdominal distention discomfort symptoms, the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05);But in improving stool stem node, defecation difficulties, eat less, stay in the same curative effect (P>0.05).4. Follow-up in patients with two groups of healing and takes effect in a month, the recurrence rate:the treatment group is12.5%, the control group is47.4%, and the long-term curative effect of treatment group is higher than the control group.5. The zengyexingqi decoction that was used in the process of Clinical application, was found no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Zengyexingqi decoction in the treatment of functional constipation (jin kui bowel dryness and qi zhi stagnation syndrome) has good curative effect, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with functional constipation and has no obvious adverse reactions.
